Was this video recorded during a holiday or a Sunday, you can see many of the shops closed while driving down the avenue Alm. Reis. That may explain why the traffic is flowing with the exemption of the red lights.

Boa tarde. Uma pergunta sobre estacionamentos: Nos estacionamentos privados em Lisboa, se eu pagar o valor máximo da diária, poderei entrar várias vezes ao dia nesse mesmo valor, ou cada vez que eu entrar será cobrada uma tarifa à parte? como são as regras de valores?
Olá Leandro, nunca vi tal opção, mas também nunca precisei. Normalmente é cobrado por hora, ou diária corrida. Se calhar é possível negociar algo assim em um estacionamento privado, mas terá de perguntar no local. Cumprimentos!
