26:33 Though the original TRS-80 Color Computer was released in 1977 Junifractic got this one wrong; that is the TRS-80 Micro Computer (Model 1) released in 1980. She has been docked one treat.

Best channel your all Awesome as always. Thankyou for keeping me sane in a modern world. Yours truly Jerryactic .
@@danhudson4614 Hahaha love it!
@parent fractic. Congratulations. What more is there to say just got my first granddaughter as I never got a girl I got 4 boys. Took me back hope you have a trouble free pregnancy. I remember my grandad shaving with soap in a dish and a razor and smelling of old spice and hi karate grey hair and a sheepdog flat cap and sheepshorn walking stick. And grandmas are Nora batty looking. Now grandads are game playing cool grandads and grandmas active and sometimes like the rock musclebound fit as they are around 40 but even 60 year olds looks 40. It's strange took me ages to accept I'm now a grandad
@@theatheisthammer It's strange isn't it. I'm not sure if we're aging more slowly due to better healthcare and less smoking etc. or if we just _are_ cooler! Likely the latter ;-) Thank you for your kind words.
Lady Fractic looks positively radiant! I'm so happy for you two!!!!!
Hi! It's Francesco Sblendorio, Retrocampus BBS Sysop! The guy in the video is not me, but my friend Amedeo Valoroso, you linked his channel where he reviewed my BBS
Oh wow thanks for the note! You guys have spendid names either way. I will update the video description - thanks! 👍🕹
That Star Wars video was awesome it sounded like a drunk Yoda wrote the script. 🤣
I love that I was upstaged by Puppyfractic as she made the evolutionary jump to mechanical keyboard user. Puppyfractic is obviously a doggy after my own heart. Mechanical keyboards are cool.
This was a great show guys and Harleyfractic continued to outdo herself with her performance of PCBWay. Glastonbury has never seen the like before. Isn't Glastonbury also a hot spot for UAPs, alongside Avebury and Stonehenge?
I was feeling particularly down today, for some reason, but the show has warmed my heart again and made me feel much better. Just what I needed.
I am looking forward to the Ghostbusters cartridge video that seems intriguing. I was also happy to see your coverage of the ChatGPT C64 video having spotted it on Google's feed on my smartphone and realising that it would be right up your street.
So, thanks again to Ladyfractic, Puppyfractic and Perifractic. May the Force stay with you all.
10:10 I love Harleyfractic's "Gotta Have PCBWay” LIVE in Concert at Glastonbury! 🎸🎫 As we all know, PCB stands for “Parties Conducted Backstage”, doesn’t it? 🤔😂
It sure does now Jasonfractic!
@@RetroRecipes Exactly. But they make her too tired 😴
Can't wait for BabyFractic unboxing news 😉
If you make a verbal mistake,be like George Costanza and shout "It's shrinkage!!"
Aww. Fastest 30 minutes on CZcams. I guess I really am an old sentimentalist. I will sit and literally smile the entire show, and find myself feeling a little sad when it comes to an end. No more smiling until the next episode... How are there only 170K subscribers?! Seriously. There really should be at least 2 million fracticscribers...no...subfractics... (That's a little better) By now! I know I'm nowhere near cool enough to sit at your table, like all the other cool kids, but you make me feel like I do! Thank you both for sharing your love and light with all of us! Cheers and hello from Indiana!!
Thank you for your kind words! Means a lot 👍🕹
Great show as always, Perifractic! No Saturday is complete without your show!
Thank you sir!!
Awesome video, Fractic family!!! We are all looking forward to your Special Delivery on the way! BUT... as a physician I have a MINOR correction to make. The baby is growing in the uterus ("womb"); the spleen is on your LEFT side, under the rib cage and towards the back and acts mainly as a blood filter to ward off infection. The liver is the large football sized organ on your upper RIGHT side that makes bile (a digestive juice for fat/grease), and stores it in a small pouch called the gall bladder.
But where is my brane?
I love when the kitty girl remembers to say "bye baby" then Peri Fractic says why did she say baby? Ohh I forgot there was a baby in there... then right after that, oh yeah I've been feeling sympathy pains. Then how could you forget because Lady Fractic sure didn't, haha
Not many alligators in LA, but I remember Reggie from a few years ago.
If the whole world subscribed to RR I know everything in the Universe would be Awesome!
Come on world, you can do it!
best Canal for Retro thanks , greeting from Germany
Thank you for your kind words! Means a lot 👍🕹
You might have more fans in Germany than you think 😊
Viele Grüße
For the viewers from the Netherlands.. we had : Nicht Rijder Knight Rider NL Mastermovies
What an incredible show, Puppyfractic's evolution into a mechanical keyboard user was pure gold! The enthusiasm for mechanical keyboards is contagious, and it's clear that Puppyfractic is a doggy after our own hearts. Harleyfractic's performance of PCBWay at Glastonbury was mind-blowing; she never fails to impress. And let's not forget the excitement for the upcoming Ghostbusters cartridge video, can't wait! Also, the coverage of the ChatGPT C64 video was spot-on. You guys never disappoint! Congrats to Ladyfractic and Perifractic on the baby news, that little one is bound for greatness in tech or A.I. Thanks for always bringing joy to our Saturday evenings. May the Force be with you all!
And also with you....
Space Invaders! 😂
Pottery Computes Batmen? Parson Cables Bookworms? Parcel Copies Bananas? Perhaps Compilation Beetroots? (Random words only this time?). Personal Computing Backlogs? (A bonus one which actually makes sense, LOL).
Yess!
ah what a way to ease into a Sunday morning, hanging out with my kind'a people who make me smile with those warm retro feels.
I mean, the secret of time travel fits on a Commodore floppy...
26:37 You can tell this is someone with a highly developed sense of aesthetics, for the dog matches the sofa.
Laughing so hard when Jar Jar said "How Wud". Totally Didn't expect it.
That was actually Peri saying it :D
Groovy show as always. Cheers. One show can make a difference.
I'm in Chyna. Will look for that gamer nugget
If Night Rider came out in the 1970's when they had the gas crises instead of the 1980's then he would really be called Night Walker. LOL
Awesome channel guys, great blast to the 80's past!
Got my badge today, thanks to you both.
Checking out from the holidays, it's always a blast to watch your show 🍹
Has Ladyfractic had any retro recipe food cravings yet?
Thanks Peri/lady/baby fractic! 👍
Always a fun saturday evening with you two😁👍
Great video, and "ja, ich spreche Deutsch." yes I speak German. That was quite nice. @ 21:34 there is a "Win"-key on the keyboard, but I missed the "Lose"-key. Maybe next time. 😉
@21:27 Look at that pre-yellowed and ready for retr0brite LOL.
you know it has been one strange week Pennies of all things copper is new again as a collectible but also to hold onto and sell later on that is weird truth
I find it hilarious that because the wilhelm scream has become a meme, you can no longer take it seriously when it's used in films, like the one from starwars.
I have that playomobil set (And BTTF and A-Team) and soon Ecto 1. the are great sets on a budget.
Loving this channel and the show you two guys put on is great..thanks
15:33 here in South Carolina the whole outdoors is a humidifier.
That mini TV is amazing!
I was on holiday in LA last week - kept an eye out for KITT, but no luck. Great show as always!
Super Mario Bros. Wonder looks amazing and so does Lady Fractic. Best wishes! ❤
want one of those miniature tv's
Cant wait for the next Knight Rider update.
Have you ever covered the “Whiz Kids” tv series? Loved that show at the time.
Although still not officially announced, I would be surprised if none of the upcoming Doctor Who specials are shown in November. It's the 60th Anniversary on the 23rd November 2023.
You need... "A womb with a view".... Or a "Turdis"
The finds on this show are so awesome! XD
Thank you for noticing!
Regarding "Ghostbusters" - thank you for the account number generator in your github repo
Find someone who looks at you like Puppyfractic.
Yeah!, there's a Sprogyfractic on the way.
Thanks!
Sampo is an actual electronics brand out of Taiwan. Back in the 80s I had a TV made by them. I think they're still in business, though I don't know if they export out of Taiwan anymore.
1:10 My girlfriend got me one of those for my birthday 😊
You lucky ducky! I mean chicken nuggy.
You guys are awesome… much love from the UK
I have a feeling that a child .. somewhere ;) ... will have at least one lesson about not having ' sticky hands ' when touching retro electrical equipment ... Congrats you two!
awesome show... Harleyfractic you rock
lmao @ stomach lining
thanks for another great show
Our pleasure!
7:54 - The range of opinions on the prequels vary a lot but it is a certainty that 3 great things came out of them:
1. Duel of the Fates by John Williams
2. Gavyn Sykes
3. Star War The Third Gathers: Backstroke of the West >> v=XziLNeFm1ok
Absolutely loved this as always and how cool is that mini tv an yes I so need one. Dad jokes, cool retro and a Willie Rifle I mean what more do we need. Looking forward to the next one so as always you guys take care and have a great weekend 🙂
Haha how have I survived all my life without a Willy Rifle?!
i had t go buy the playmobil kitt as soon as it was available.goes welll with my back to the future playmobil delorean
Great video as always. I am not sure when I started watching your videos. I believe is was was when you were making Kitelsa. I think that was about a year ago. In any case always love your content and congratulations on Baby Fractic. So many joys and memories ahead for you two.
i miss the last week episode now i enjoy it a lot
Really love your channel. It takes me back to a time I enjoyed a lot. Keep up the great work! Would give an arm to go back there for just a day...
Sampo was a brand of monitor.
You know... I knew that.
the humidifier will save a lot of money you can plug it into a laptop and not have to plug it into an outlet truth
LOVE THIS EPISODE ♥
(sorry for screaming)
I recommend Neuriva Plus Peri. At our age we need all the help we need ;)
Wow Forgot about SANYO, Panasonic brought them out, I had lots of products with the Sanyo brand, never failed unlike Panasonic!!! Figures........
27:57 that was UK price per liter £1.99. Extremely expensive. Highest I've ever seen
Thanks for clarifying. Unbelievable!
@@RetroRecipesI've always wondered why they have the price displayed in pennies 199.9p
@@RetroRecipes But KITT could run on any combustible fuel in the show, so hydrogen would be possible too. Or in fact ethanol, methanol, or any other alcohol derivative.
Knight walker, yah I've become like that recently lol
Use the mixer to make baby food.
Great idea!
This episode had everything in it... Wow! Space Invader LOL. I'm sure it will be interesting how you are going to keep your channel going with a new baby and I'm sure you'll try, but pls don't tire yourselves out doing both... your adoring fans will understand... after all PCB stands for Perryfractic Cares (for) Baby. So until next time: Cheerio's, Fruit Loops, and Corn Flakes... Err, oops that 10% brain thing rubbed off on me... I meant Cheerio!
...doesn't it?!
@@RetroRecipes I think it does 🙂
That’s a lucky baby if it gets half as spoiled as the dog!
I luv watching, but never say anything. Congrats for baby and stuffs. Keep up the retro works 🎉
We've been waiting for your comment. Today's the day! Thanks for watching and enjoying, and thank you for your kind words
Thank you both so much for another great episode of #TheRetroShow Perifractic and Ladyfractic (and Puppyfractic of course)! Please could you let me know where Ladyfractic got her Space Invaders shirt from? I would love to get one for my collection 🥰
Thank you for your kind words! Means a lot 👍🕹 The shirt was from boxlunch.com a few years ago.
Wow lady fractic looking good preggers!
Released on Roger Kean's birthday. R. I. P Rog
Yes indeed. We all wished him a happy birthday earlier on the ZZAP! Towers Slack. Rest in peace sir
Looks like AUS Fuel prices in Knight Walker
Quick FYI: The TRS-80 Color Computer pictured in Nostalgia Flakes was not released in 1977. The TRS-80 Micro Computer System (a.k.a. the Model 1) was. The CoCo didn't hit the market until 1980. Thanks for the fun content. Hope all continues to go well with development on the Babyfractic microbiologic system.
Wait, you're correcting the doggo? She _always_ gets things wrong. Unless the phrase really was, "I ain't afraid of no toast". Hehe thanks for the comment and the kind words!
Very well-spotted. I wondered who might comment. I had a friend who had the Dragon 32 computer which was based on the architecture of the Coco. It ran a Motorola 6809 chip,, superior to the 6800, 6501, 6502. and the Z80. A fascinating machine.
Quick question... First, congrats on Babyfractic, of course, but I am wondering, was Harleyfractic the original Babyfractic or what? I'm not pressing for any details, I just always thought a little girl so cheerful and smart had to be yours. 😊
Good question! She belongs squarely to Dr Scott and Mrs Dr Scott of www.youtube.com/@GAMECLOSET :)
Cool, thanks! I have seen some of his videos. He's just not as active as you are. And again, congrats and good luck on your baby!
You must have a small mountain of keyboards by now!
I wish someone would make a keyboard for cat owners that has a special on/off button that disables it so cats can't sabotage it (or gato-tage).
Have you ever watched Superintelligence the movie first appearance of kittesla James Corden. P S I think I met (Perifractic) in the past. London? Computer show? My how Christian grew up.
GHOSTBUSTERS!
Aww.. I dodn't either.
Morning
Good morning!
hi
'ello
The BlendJet 2 is a better design cordless blender, plus: You can get options with it... like a jar that's twice as large, or a flip-&-sip style top to make drinking from it easier!😉
3:40 Babyfractic couldn't see the messages because she doesn't have a Womb with a View.
Grats on the baby, Hope you got enough room because girls need a lot of space.
Does anyone know the 'exact' breed of Puppyfractic?
clearly it wasnt a womb with a view
Hope ladyfractic is doing okay with her pregnancy.
All good!
Congratulations! :)
Question is, who's the father?
Derp
You misspelled Sheb Wooley's name.
All the best for the birth of your lovely girl xx You guys are great but not my thing on you tube
Love the content/show but gadget discover club is awful and the stuff they send out is junk. Had the smoothe maker and it lasted a few weeks and died
Sorry to hear that. I trust they replaced it pronto? To be fair I've had name brand expensive stuff that has also died... I think we all have. Not making excuses here, but electronics can fail sometimes. So far we've been using the humidifier daily and it's actually pretty great ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
