Your video presentation was great. It saved my daughter's focus from a trip to a garage for repair. Thank you. dg

This video was great. I really appreciate going the extra mile to show how to loosen the top of the door panel because mine also didn't have enough space to work with the cable.

Matt, one late addition to my earlier comments about replacing the passenger side mirror on my daughter's 2002 Focus. A T-20 Torc was needed for the screw that helped secure the mirror to the door. All the panel Torx we're T-15s. I have no idea if this was just a fluke, but it did come from the factory with a T-20 in that position. Again, thanks for the great video and for saving me a bunch of money. Dan

Thank you so much for the easy to follow and detailed video!! This was a major help, and turned a project i've been dreading into an easy peasy 15 minute job!

Thanks for the great easy-to-understand video! I installed it with no problems! One side note: my 2008 Focus did not have the screws around the door panel on the driver side. It just pops out for easier access. Otherwise, GREAT! Thanks Matt and keep up the great work!

Thanks for posting this it came in very handy this morning as I broke my mirror off yesterday morning adjusting my a/c while backing out of the garage. Happily the garage door track was unharmed. But anyway, replacing the mirror was easy, esp. with being able to watch your video first.

Thanks for uploading, very helpful, although the UK Mk1 Ford Focuses don't use Torx screws on the door cards for some reason.

One thing I would recommend is to test the mirror works before you put all the screws back in....

I have a 2005 focus friend broke it. Do you know the exact price?

The only extra step I took was to check power to the connector. My my case it was easy.......the motor still moved the mirror. No meter needed.
