    Another question please.. If a person has been denied twice for a tourist visa previously, and also father and siblings are US citizens, how do these affect your chances please?

    • @tuanvisa
      @tuanvisa  Před 8 měsíci +1

      Facing visa denials can be challenging, but having family members who are U.S. citizens could potentially have a positive impact on your subsequent visa applications.
      It's important to address the reasons for the previous denials in your new application, demonstrating any changes in circumstances or addressing concerns raised in the previous decisions. Having close family ties in the U.S. may be viewed as a positive factor, as it could be seen as a strong incentive for your return to your home country after a temporary visit.
      However, each visa application is unique, and there are no guarantees. It's recommended to seek guidance from professionals or legal experts who specialize in immigration matters. They can provide personalized advice based on your specific situation and help you present the strongest possible case.

    • @tuanvisa
      @tuanvisa  Před 3 měsíci +1

      Good luck with your interview on Tuesday! Here are some things to avoid on the day of your interview:
      1. **Being Late**: Plan your route in advance and give yourself plenty of time to arrive early. Being late can create a bad first impression.
      2. **Negative Thinking**: Try to stay positive and confident. Negative thoughts can affect your performance during the interview.
      3. **Lack of Preparation**: Make sure you've thoroughly researched the company and the role you're interviewing for. Also, practice answering common interview questions.
      4. **Inappropriate Attire**: Dress professionally and appropriately for the company culture. It's better to be overdressed than underdressed.
      5. **Overlooking Personal Hygiene**: Ensure you're well-groomed and presentable. This includes things like clean clothes, fresh breath, and tidy hair.
      6. **Bringing Distractions**: Leave your phone on silent or preferably at home to avoid distractions during the interview.
      7. **Being Unaware of Body Language**: Pay attention to your body language, such as making eye contact, sitting up straight, and offering a firm handshake.
      8. **Talking Too Much or Too Little**: Be concise in your responses but also provide enough detail to answer the interviewer's questions adequately.
      9. **Forgetting to Bring Necessary Documents**: Bring copies of your resume, references, and any other relevant documents in case the interviewer requests them.
      10. **Lack of Follow-up Questions**: Prepare some questions to ask the interviewer about the company or the role. It shows your interest and engagement.
      Remember to stay calm and confident, and best of luck again with your interview!

    Ow great video. Can you enlighten me please. Can they approve your F1 visa while an immigrant visa has been filed on your behalf by an agency?

    • @tuanvisa
      @tuanvisa  Před 8 měsíci

      Thank you for your kind words! Regarding your question, the approval of an F1 visa while an immigrant visa is being processed can depend on various factors. Generally, the F1 visa is a non-immigrant visa for students, and having an immigrant visa filed on your behalf shouldn't directly impact your F1 visa application.
      However, it's crucial to be transparent during the visa application process and provide accurate information. Immigration processes can be complex, so it's advisable to consult with the appropriate authorities or seek legal advice to ensure you have the most accurate and up-to-date information for your specific situation.
      I hope this helps, and best of luck with your visa application!

    I have been accepted without English proficiency test scores from American University. Is English proficiency test score mandatory for F1 visa interview?

    • @tuanvisa
      @tuanvisa  Před 8 měsíci

      Great question. If you have been accepted to an American university without English proficiency test scores, it's advisable to reach out to the university's international admissions office to clarify whether you will need to submit these scores for your F1 visa application. Additionally, check the specific requirements outlined by the U.S. embassy or consulate where you will apply for your visa.
      In many cases, having English proficiency test scores can strengthen your visa application and demonstrate your readiness for academic studies in an English-speaking environment. If required, plan to take the necessary steps to complete the English proficiency test and submit the scores as part of your visa application.

    My sister is born in USA. And she have usa passport but she live with us in our home country. How do I address this to them?

    • @tuanvisa
      @tuanvisa  Před 8 měsíci

      When addressing your sister's situation during your F1 visa interview, it's important to be honest and straightforward with the visa officer. Here's a suggested way to communicate this:
      "During the interview, if the visa officer asks about your family or any family members in the USA, you can say something like:
      "I have a sister who was born in the USA, and she holds a U.S. passport. However, she currently resides with our family in [your home country]. She has been living with us for [duration]. Our family decided to live together in [home country] to maintain close family ties and support each other. My primary purpose for pursuing an F1 visa is to [state your academic and career goals]. I am committed to returning to [home country] upon completion of my studies to contribute to my community and apply the knowledge and skills I acquire during my academic program in the USA."
      It's crucial to emphasize your intention to return to your home country after completing your studies. Providing a clear explanation of your family situation and your reasons for pursuing education in the USA can help demonstrate your ties to your home country, which is an essential factor in the visa application process.

    My interview is gonna be on 5 january and I am going there on second semester will it affect it on approving my visa

    • @tuanvisa
      @tuanvisa  Před 8 měsíci

      Starting your program in the second semester rather than the first semester should not inherently affect the approval of your F1 visa. However, there are a few things you should consider and be prepared to address during your visa interview:
      Explanation for Joining in the Second Semester:
      Be ready to explain why you are starting in the second semester. It could be due to program requirements, academic schedules, or personal reasons. Be clear and concise in your explanation.
      Academic and Enrollment Documentation:
      Bring all relevant documentation from the school regarding your enrollment in the second semester. This may include an updated Form I-20 indicating the start date of the second semester and any correspondence from the school explaining the program structure.
      Valid Reasons for Delay:
      If there are valid reasons for joining in the second semester, such as waiting for a specific course to be offered or fulfilling prerequisite requirements, make sure you can articulate these reasons clearly.
      Financial Documentation:
      Ensure that your financial documentation reflects your ability to cover the expenses for the second semester. This includes tuition, living expenses, and other associated costs.
      Also, remember to watch my other practice videos for unexpected questions.

    I had applied private christian university ..wheather its is difficult to get visa ??

    • @tuanvisa
      @tuanvisa  Před 3 měsíci

      Applying to a private Christian university should not inherently make it more difficult to obtain an F1 visa. The key factors that visa officers consider during the interview process are the same regardless of the type of institution you are applying to. Here are some important considerations to keep in mind when preparing for your visa interview:
      Key Factors for Visa Approval:
      Accreditation and Reputation: Ensure that the private Christian university is accredited and has a good academic reputation. Accreditation by a recognized body is crucial for your visa application.
      Clear Academic and Career Goals: Clearly articulate why you chose this university and how its programs align with your academic and career goals. Explain how the education you receive will help you achieve your long-term objectives.
      Financial Stability: Demonstrate that you have the financial resources to support your education and living expenses while in the U.S. This includes showing proof of funding through bank statements, scholarships, or sponsorships.
      Intent to Return Home: Provide evidence of strong ties to your home country, such as family, property, or job prospects. You must convince the visa officer that you intend to return to your home country after completing your studies.
      Preparation for the Interview: Be well-prepared to answer questions about your choice of university, your academic plans, and how you intend to finance your education.

    • @tuanvisa
      @tuanvisa  Před 8 měsíci

      Generally, F1 student visas are intended for individuals seeking to pursue academic studies in the United States, and minors are eligible to apply. However, there are specific requirements and considerations, including obtaining acceptance from a Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS)-approved school and meeting other visa criteria. It's advisable to check with the U.S. embassy or consulate in your country and review the official guidelines for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

      @@user-pd2ri5wh7s The documents required for a student visa are your passport, i-20 issued by the university, copy of appointment letter, D-160 barcode printout, Sevis free receipt and a couple of location specific documents which will be told to you when you book an appointment for the interview.
      What you have asked, ie English language certificate, is irrelevant in the visa issuance process. It is something which has got to do with your university. You need to ask your university about what kind of language proofs they accept.
      Visas is granted on the basis of your interview, not documents. Language requirements are the prerogative of the university, not US embassy.

      While it's generally ideal to have your visa well before the start of classes, a few days' gap between the interview and the start of classes should not pose a significant issue in most cases. The best option is to contact the university admission to see if they have any specific recommendations for you.

      @tuanvisa  Před 4 měsíci

      Common documents typically required for an F1 visa application include:
      Form DS-160: This is the Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application form. You need to complete this form and print the confirmation page with the barcode to bring to your visa interview.
      Form I-20: This is the Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status. It's provided by the U.S. school or program you plan to attend. You'll need to present the original Form I-20 at your visa interview.
      SEVIS Fee Receipt: After receiving your Form I-20, you need to pay the SEVIS I-901 fee and obtain a receipt. This fee is separate from the visa application fee.
      Passport: Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the United States.
      Visa Application Fee Receipt: You need to pay the visa application fee and obtain a receipt.
      Proof of Sufficient Funds: You'll need to demonstrate that you have enough funds to cover your tuition, living expenses, and other costs while studying in the United States. This can include bank statements, scholarship letters, or financial guarantee letters.
      Academic Documents: This includes transcripts, diplomas, degrees, or standardized test scores required for admission to your U.S. educational institution.
      Proof of Intent to Return: You may need to provide documents demonstrating your intent to return to your home country after completing your studies in the United States. This can include evidence of family ties, property ownership, or a job offer.

    Is it harder to get a F-1 visa when applying for a Christian college rather than a community college or public university?

    • @tuanvisa
      @tuanvisa  Před 8 měsíci +2

      Great question. The difficulty of obtaining an F-1 visa is not inherently tied to the type of institution you are applying to, whether it's a Christian college, community college, or public university. The F-1 visa process primarily considers your individual circumstances, intent, and eligibility for student status.
      However, certain factors might influence the perception of your visa application:
      Accreditation and Reputation: If the institution is accredited and has a good reputation, it may reflect positively on your application. This is true regardless of whether it is a Christian college, community college, or public university.
      Ties to Home Country: The visa officer will want to ensure that you have strong ties to your home country and that you intend to return after completing your studies. Your explanation of your plans and ties to your home country is crucial, regardless of the type of institution you are applying to.
      Program of Study: Your chosen program of study and its relevance to your future career goals will also be considered. Be prepared to explain how your academic and career plans align with your educational pursuits in the U.S.
      Financial Stability: Demonstrating that you have the financial means to support your education and living expenses in the U.S. is important. This includes showing that you or your sponsors can cover the tuition and living costs without relying on unauthorized employment.
