- Roger Stone, a longtime ally of US President Donald Trump and adviser to his 2016 presidential campaign, has been charged with making false statements and witness tampering, according to a grand jury indictment made public by US Special Counsel Robert Mueller's office. He maintains his innocence.

If what you say is true, then you must also blame Roger stone for trumps election loss. And your statement implies that trumps own ideas on how to improve the country had nothing to do with him getting elected. So in that sense I agree, because Trump had no ideas on how he would achieve anything he said. I know this as being factual because he was never asked by anyone how specifically he would achieve anything such as repeal and replace obamacare which he failed to do over 4 years. In fact, there were at least 40 campaign promises Trump told his followers he would keep if elected and all of them failed or were not attempted despite the fact that the majority of the senate were republicon.
