Well... not my apartment (no room) but I was looking through stuff at my dad's, planning to set up a decent stereo system after renovations are done, and I found at least 5 different record players, of varying quality and probably some in some type of disrepair, but... it's not that uncommon, I think :D

Some CZcamsrs like LinusTechTips have way better and more expensive Cameras and loads of equipment, but the Video doesnt't look better at all. Sometimes, Techmoans Vid do look better, because he makes probably more takes, sets everything up properly and uses some good lights.

Great video. Really interesting how records can be made from chocolate and can still be played like normal ones. I'm also type 1 diabetic so I can relate to this as you'd need to work out the carbs and stuff before being able to eat it. Nice video!

@@maesto No problem at all since he is Type I, which means he can't produce insulin .. with modern therapies you can pretty much eat anything you want, you just have to compensate for it. There are limits for the total carb amount though, so if its high in sugar you will stay quite hungry after using up the budget. (Type II is an insulin tolerance, you can only limit carbs for this.)

This was such a charming CZcams video. If only I shared the same enthusiasm as you for records and record players.
This reminded me of a VHS my mom got from the library when I was little (probably during 1998 or 99?). It consisted of a couple *very* rudimentary CGI skits and one of them was about a guy going into a record store and taking bites out of a bunch of records. I think it was called 'Imaginarium' or something but I haven't been able to find anything about it.
