"Dog" in front of any expression simply intensifies the meaning of the word that follows in Korean slang.
Its actually closer to saying, " you're taking me for a gullible bitch."
It's absolutely criminal how few subs this channel has for the tier of commentary and replays that's regularly posted.

Im pretty sure this is the best commentary over a sc2 game ive ever heard. Not boring, not irritating. Not stopping! And so analytical. And with such knowledge of the game, and the players. Im impressed
You've ever heard? I beg to differ. PiG is annoying and talking non-stop. Yes, he is a GM. Yes, he knows a lot. Yes, he prepares and catches all the highlights like burrowed banelings. But I can't stand the blabbery. Of course, a matter of taste, mate. But I like Winter's chill commentary more. More relaxed, yet covering almost all stuff happening in the game.
It's like APM/EPM. PiG spams words, but what's the point? Commentary and making a show is not about spitting out words like a machine gun.

PiG says Dark has scrappy survival powers. Like 20 seconds later at 8:55 those unreal burrowed banes. Amazing.
I have to say, been watching Pig for almost a year, and one thing Iâm sure is this combo analyst/commentator is right there with Al/Collinsworth, Breen/Van Gundy and whoever Chris Cuthbert is with. Makes the game an event every time
Cuthbert is with Craig Simpson these days, who I'm not much a fan of. Love Chris but it feels like Craig sucks all energy out of the game anytime he opens his mouth.

@@nonzenz Harstem and Pig are both fantastic casters/commentators. Both have different styles that I love for different reasons. Both also upload different series, so it's great because starcraft fans get loads of content and can watch both. :)

That Brood Lord spam there at the end is hard for Terran to deal with in late game. I could see he frustrated the hell of of Byan.
Cuz Byun is utterly clueless about strategic game play. He can micro better than anyone, and wins early, never playing mid to late game and it shows.
@@w8stral ah yes his complete lack of knowledge in mid/late game won him a best of 5 that was average of 20 mins or longer against one of the strongest mid/late player.

@@w8stral "he never practices end game" in this casting PiG specifically calls out Byun has been practicing endgame and it shows. i don't know why you would downplay his effort. The man clearly has passion and he tries hard. Both are amazing players and i do enjoy their playstyles.

Nah, Byun has always look very strong in small online cup, but he drop in performance in bigger tournament like GSL or DH Global.
a lot of his hand problem is psychological, so it flares up when he's in offline tournaments.

now that you point it out, its actually insane that although dark as some slight "inefficiencies", the man is still absolutely cracked. i had to put it in quotes cuz hard to call them inefficiencies given his success

Dark's secret is that he focuses the medivacs. Especially in the beggining of the game when his main AA is queens.
Other players just attack the marines.
Byun should have done what he was good at - Marine doom drops late game 3 against the slow zerg units. He didn't know what to do with his thors, and the lift off on base trade.
Appreciate the analysis on the casting.. as much as I love tastosis.. i learn a lot more listening to Pigs casting

Why isn't rapid reignition like a 10 minute tvp upgrade? For someone good at the game it seems like a good mid game upgrade to keep medivacs safe from stalkers

Terran is disgusting OP... Zerg is doing everything it can to stop Terran from going 4+ bases otherwise the game goes into Ghost Snipe territory where Zerg can never win. Bunker, Tank, Liberator, Detection Tower... Terran has every defensive tool. And with the medivac on top, its midgame and lategame offensive maneuvers are so oppressive. And the best range of early game cheeses aswell.
Yes, please give me more of those zerg tears.

Almost everything Zerg has is faster than Ghosts. It isn't like they are hard to get to. Not harder to deal with than Vipers, brood lords, mutalisks, bane balls, etc. are.

I don't think saturating the front bases is definitely a mistake since it's so obvious. These are the best players in the world, I'm sure they know better than a commentator. If you fully saturate them you bet your opponents are gonna harrass them super hard and you lose way more in the end.
