RE Survivor 2 is one of the only games I have never touched in the franchise and now after watching your descent into madness by just trying to see everything it has to offer, yeah happy I never touch it as I had a chance to pick it up over Dead Aim (can't wait to see the retrospective for that in the future). Going to interesting to see the retrospective on Gaiden as I always view that game as one of the strangest games I have ever played on the gameboy colour and I didn't dislike it in the end, anyway looking forward for more of this awesome retrospective WitchTaunter ^^
Through terrible models and sillier textures, this was one of the few "Classic" RE games that I've played.
Good to know it's actually as bad as I remembered. Looking forward to more Witch!

I knew this existed, but after having played the 1st I uh... well had 0 interest in a sequel. Thanks for suffering through this for our entertainment lmao. Good video as usual, and I'm excited to keep seeing these retrospectives from you!

I spent a lot of time as a teenager tracking down the more obscure games for the ps2. I got several. I never was able to find GS2CV, to the point I didnt think it could be found in NA. (Note this is before things like ebay became prominent) In the end, I was able to get GS1 and GS4: Dead Aim but 2 and 3 - which I think is actually a Dino Crisis title of all things - remained elusive.
Thankyou for showing me what I was missing - for better or for worse. Im thrilled at the level of content and game modes tbh but it looks like when you go to a restaurant and the food sucks so they give a bigger portion of it to make up for the poor flavor
Can't wait to see the next review of a good game this time. 1 & 0 are next if I remember right unless there is some obscure game like Survivor 2 in the middle.

Just so you know, as someone who played the original on the PS2 with a Guncon when I was a kid (obviously in Europe) the critical hits are carried over from using the GunCon to headshot enemies. It is much easier and more fluid to play the game with a guncon than it is with the controller.
As someone whos played survivor 2 code Veronica don't play it the game is not worth tbe time unless you've literally played everything else

I remember seeing this for rent in Blockbuster and being tempted to rent it, but never actually picking it up.

Actually if you take a closer look at the model and at the icon, that's not the SPAS -12, it's just a new design for the Linear Launcher.

I didn't even know this game exist. The only survivor games I know are the first one and dead aim.
Your video is more entertaining than the game. Also, I do hope your scale can go all the way down to 0/10. I dislike how people often have 1 as the lowest when numbers can go lower.
