    Lovely to see all those different fibres stitched in the Palestrina knot Ariane. I got Sue to show me how to use gimp in that stitch, first couple of stitches were tricky and then it flowed nicely.
    Congratulations on you being featured in Anna’s article in The Quilt Show Newsletter today!

      Sandi H. Gimp is fun to use for the Palestrina, isn’t it?!

    Thank you Ariane. I made a goldwork scissors holder in a workshop and edged it with Palestrina stitch as instructed and think of it as an edging rather than a decorative stitch. You've made it come to life. My Whitework is going to benefit when I next get my sampler out☺

    I'm right handed so love the videos for both. I'm finding the left handed ones helpful too although I have to do what most left handed people do by reversing it in my head. Thank you

    valeu pela sua boa vontade de ensinar, porém ficou difícil de entender porque, o tecido é verde, a linha é verde e a mesa também é verde,, da próxima vez coloque cores diferentes, vai aparecer melhor o que vc está ensinando, mas agradeço a sua boa vontade de ensinar... moro em Brasília Capital do Brasil....

    Thank you for the video. How do you do the other long cord stitch, I don't know the name, on your sampler?

      @ArianeZurcher212  Před 4 lety

      Hi Cynthia, I'm not sure I know which you're referring to... ❤️ maybe the Bullion Knot? When they're done back to back they can look cord-like, sort of... Do you think that's the one you're asking about? Here's the video I did for the bullion knot. czcams.com/video/2PtkEZLj5qc/video.html

      Silk cocoons. If you put that in the search with my name you’ll see other videos I’ve done about them. ❤️
