New to archery here. I found plenty of videos on bow stands and for my purposes and considering the terrain I live in, the legs on your stand will suite me best. Thank you sir.

I did this, written instructions vs video instructs are off but I figured it out. Thanks for the build design! I ditched the 3" parts for the cup holder because they didn't have a 3 in x 2 inch reducer. Also didn't want to spend 16$ for a 10 ft x 3 in pvc pipe only to use 6" so now it's just sitting with a 2 inch x 1 inch reducer on the top (wide enough for a shot glass lol)

Just made this stand. I like this design over all others as three point wont wobble on uneven surfaces; easy to transport to my archery club as I did not screw in the long pole, nor the arrow holder. Thanks for posting.

    Couple notes after building
    1. 3” is too long for the 1” PVC. 2” is alot better.
    2. Your list included couplers which I never needed.
    3. 6” is too long for the drink holder on top. 3” brought it to the next of my beer.
Other than that thanks for the free write up on my bow stand!

Any ideas for strengthening the longer PVC piece? I imagine weight and heat could warp it to the point where it won’t hold the bow.

Christopher List I’ve never had a problem over the years. You could step up pipe/joint diameter.

I’ve always found it at Home Depot. Maybe try a specific plumbing or irrigation supply. Good luck!

You say a 1" X 2" adaptor, but in the description you have reducer.... these are two different things, yes?
