Welcome back Mike! As far as breaking the chains and starting again to be doing something it reminds me of my swimming. I used to go at least three times a week to the pool for a one hour swimming session at noon. The Covid restrictions here in Italy brought that a forced stop and I haven’t been able to pick up my routine ever since than. Not good and no excuses. As a side effect I also put on 12 kg. Hope this video of yours will motivate me in returning to my old and healthy habits its. Time will tell. Have a good life. /Pieter
