Hi Patrick, I met you today (15/10/2013) at the bridge. Your story is amazing you did so well. Im finding it hard to ever imagine myself well but it was nice today to meet someone that understood what it was like to hear voices, it helped me a lot.
Im glad you found someone to talk to that didnt judge you. I think its why I dont talk to carers at northgate properly because Im ashamed of somethings and cant face talking about them.
Anyway, well done for making the speech it was very brave of you.
