People loved Meghan and were excited for her and Harry to get married. She was even more popular than Kate for a while. It was only when her unkind character traits started coming out - bullying staff members, turning against her own father, etc that people's perspective of her changed. Harry used to smile and laugh and was really playful all the time. Now you rarely ever see him smile. It's sad how much he's changed in the past few years. I would like to hear an interview with her about the difference between Harry described in her book 4 years ago and Harry in his book.
Also because he's become a compulsive liar so I'm sure his before marckle and after marckle porkie pies will be rather apparent!!

I am not into fancy anything, have never had lots of money or fine surroundings, and I wouldn't dream of mistreating people assigned to help me in a high- profile event. I consider mm a total waste of space.

We had that topic of male or female private secretaries already and most people agreed on that it is reasonable to have a private secretary of your own gender for several reasons. So why bring it up again?

@Jojo M. I’ve often thought that Meghan could be one of those (fairly rare) people who have no real idea of what they look like. ‘Body Dysmorphia” is a recognized medical condition. Though I could be quite wrong about her. It could just be bad taste.

I think it is fine for a man to have a male secretary. It alleviates spending so much time with a female secretary. I think it is safer, it protects the men from being accused of misbehavior with a woman. Camilla and Catherine can have the female secretaries and that takes care of some of the equaling out.

People like Nichols and Levin are entertaining, but they have to please the ( surviving) Royals or they’re Out. Also they are there to soften the blow ,as far as they can , when worrying stories get out by other means. They serve 2 masters. It cannot be any other way.

I was an EA - I'm now a self-employed VA. I've worked for both male and female bosses who have raged 0 - 100% in seconds. When you work in high pressured roles, it's just accepted. There really is a big difference between 'work stress' and rudeness.

She is the queen consort because she is the wife of the reigning monarch. Tradition dictates it. Queen Elizabeth's mother was referred to as the queen consort. Katherine will be as well.. Queen Elizabeth stated that she wanted Camilla to be known as queen consort, meaning not a princess or a duchess.

But as the years have gone by I’ve seen how complicated relationships can be, how complicated life is in general and how the media twists things. I do think Charles loved Diana. I think they were both disheartened because the relationship was not what they wanted individually and they just couldn’t compromise or align their expectations. I don’t agree with the infidelity but I don’t think it was premeditated. I don’t think Charles married Diana just to breed children. It was unfortunate and their reaction to the breakdown of the marriage was just as unfortunate.
The tiara at the wedding was a Swarovski replica. Not diamonds. Worth about 200 bucks.

A private secretary is someone who the boss spends a lot of time with & possibly travels with so personally speaking I would rather see Males in positions like the King & the Prince of Wales using a male secretary, their wives using a female secretary. I am of the old school & see sexual problems arising when you mix the sexes & as a monarch he needs to be seen as not being caught in what could be a sticky situation. I would not be happy if my husband was working with a female in this situation. I have lived long enough to see many marriages end up on the rocks because of these situations.

I actually just finished reading Harry's book a few hours ago-I just bought it yesterday and couldn't put it down. I believe every word, I watched it all unfold, has everyone forgotten (selective memory perhaps?) the blatant racism and hatred posted in the papers every day that went on for months and months? Some of the things that were printed were absolutely unforgivable. The harassment, etc. Meghan didn't stand a chance. And zero support from the royal family, in fact the opposite. I don't blame them a bit for leaving, I can't imagine living my life being stalked and harassed everywhere I went. Even though I expected that Harry would one day want out due to his ongoing distrust of the media (justified), I still wondered about Meghan and her part, and then I read Spare. I truly hope they are happy in California and hopefully will be left in peace.
I have no problem with King Charles and prince William only ever having had male private secretaries. I’m shure there is alot of private (its in the job title) and possibly sensitive stuff that they might find it easier, embarrassing, weird - or potentially even problematic to talk with a woman about. Considering that the job of a private secretary is as much a close confidant, as it is doing office work, If it were me, I would certainly prefer a female secretary to confide in🤷♀
I mean if a man while getting dressed for work, pulls his pants up and gets his - blip - stuck in his zipper, I think he might find it less embarrassing to explain to a male private secretary why that days meetings need to be rescheduled. I think it's perfectly appropriate for King Charles to have a male private secretary. It certainly would help in avoiding the possibility of rumors and scandal.
The idea of quotas for women and minorities is beyond stupid. In all situations, you want the best person possible, period. Should we forget that men have done most of the heavy lifting throughout history? Not only have they weilded the sword and bayonet in defense of hearth and home, but they have labored in the mines, laid the asphalt of the roads, scaled the scaffolds of skyscrapers, and built the towering bridges. While driving at night, I see men, at midnight, covered with dust and dirt, operating heavy machinery to repair the infrastructure upon which we rely. Where were the women? I saw few women THERE, and I'm sure that was mostly by choice. Where I see plenty of women is in air-conditioned offices, wearing their pumps-and-pearls, nicely manicured and coiffed, with titles like "VP of Human Resources."

The original report had been a complete shock, but it still makes sense. So ! It was just a mix- up over who had the keys, was it? It that were true, the new version would be treated as a noteworthy event, since it has passed into History. Does this alteration have anything to do with a private ‘deal’ made with Harry whose scary book will be out soon ?

I do remember hearing the report on it last year or so but it wasn’t until this year and the book that it became official. There’s always truth to these things. I gues Ms it’s just a matter of waiting for the books to come out next year and the reports for each one because I will not spend my money on that Spare [ME] fiasco.

More people should see this interview about Camilla. It’s obvious that Charles never stopped loving her and it was the Royals that wouldn’t let him marry the woman he really loved. It’s a happy ending for them both.

They do it in the US too. Look at multiple downloads from Meghan Kelly. What's amazing is that CZcams used to have a policy about duplication. And you could not repost videos.. but that rule really only ever applied to "ordinary" creators. When they are making lots of money on ads.. they stopped complaining about file space.. etc.
@@gingernightmare9152 I can see your point. However yesterday, the narrator opened the videos, but did not state that they were repeats. On 60 minutes, Dateline, etc, they would. However those were TV, and not You Tube. Perhaps that's a key difference.

Angela Levin is the second royal correspondent authoress who’s said Charles was faithful to Diana until the marriage was irretrievably broken, just as he’d said in the TV interview. Neither Angela nor Lady Colin Campbell had anything to gain and were actually going unpopularly against what Diana had portrayed (believed?). I wonder if when Charles resumed a relationship with Camilla if he was aware of Diana’s dalliances, the first reportedly occurring during the first year of their marriage, because she was lonely with him being gone so much.
