    The benefit of giving the talk while the boat is stopped. Genius…..More of this from all the boats. The roaring engine is now a hum.

    Hi Jim. Now that was a good tutorial on what to do and not to do. 25# line seems extremely light to fish with.

      @cousinjim1  Před rokem +1

      Yes it is but sometimes that is all you can get them to bite on. this trip at night I fished 65# 2 bites no hook-ups. Day 30# no bites dropped down to 20# 3 bites caught one. First one teeth cut me off, second one circle hook in the corner of the mouth landed 45# fish. Third bite I pushed the drag to far forward and broke him off on the initial run.

      Works well when the schoolie tuna don’t wanna bite light line small hook

      @@cousinjim1 30# line and they wouldn’t bite it? I’ve got 25-30# flouro but I’ll just have to see when I go out in two weeks. I’m looking forward to that daytime bite👍

      they usually bite 30# but if they dont just tie on 3' of 20 to your other leader@@user-jc4yv7eg7c

    I’d be willing to bet that most of the people fishing that trip didn’t follow the proven methods of catching fish. Can’t teach a old fisherman new tricks. I gave up telling people how to fish just enjoyed their frustration.

      we landed almost every fish I think we had a lot of good fishermen on this trip

      Really every trip I went on, I would hear the Boat speech and with some great information, delivered in different ways. The results, were almost the same every time, 60% of the fisherman just went and ignored all the information that was shared. That's part of working with the masses, most are into their own little world. LOL!

      @@markr9312I’m always looking for the 40% to fish next to. I will wind up 200 ft to avoid a slack line. And I’ll try to buddy up with them to avoid tangles.
