I mean a politician is nothing but representative of the public but the people working under them or so called babu's are the one who gives all ideas to them and tell them what to be done and what to be avoided so they should be educated
But these politicians are the ones who represent our country in the global platform. So, you can get the picture of the rest of the stuff. As far as I know, every developed country has well educated leaders. They have leaders with strong backgrounds someway or the other. :)

Hahahaha actually I remembered when I was in a viva during my engineering in internal exam I had my partner with me and our teacher ask a question to him that "what is scale " and he answered like every answer of question may be concern to viva except that particular one.....on that we both fail in internal.....
