ItÂŽs way smarter to watch movies you really believe in on your own. ItÂŽs not the end of the world with all the interruptions if the movie sucks. In her case she would probably be more interesting than most movies anyway.

Take it from someone who used to be the "king of anxious". Start talking to people no matter how painful it is. You will feel like an idiot, embarrassed, full of shame and regret. You'll be red in the face, shaky voice. But remember this, it will get so much easier so quickly, you will be amazed at how much you learn and grow from the pain. You'll have this pride and confidence that just keeps growing . Last little tip: ask questions and actively listen, people love talking about themselves.
Instead of finding fake situations the best you can do is fight that pain and talk to people I did it and I'm a very social person now

Oh my goodness, this is amazing. You made the whole thing feel so cozy, the lighting, the living room, the crackling fire. Your voice is so soothing, and you're so beautiful, your whole demeanor is just so attractive. I'm touched by your comment. I usually don't use this com section but I wanted to share good vibes of encouragement because the way you felt and describe prove by itself that you are a good person. From my lucky experiences in life I can tell you that (most) girls/women rather prefers this flow than the boring overconfident alphaish man that think of them more like an object or an accomplishment. 2023 and men still have so much to learn, deconstructing a lot of things society has put in our heads. And you might be on the good way which is already so much of the job done. Being sensitive or extra sensitive is a curse and a blessing, it often goes with shyness but turning it as a strength is the first step to self esteem and confidence. You deserve it and you'll live it!
I resonate with this so well. I have social anxiety, but it always gets worse around girls. I've learned from experience that it is best to take it slow with person you like. First, find out if you guys have some similar interests and then see where that takes you if it works out that's great, but if it doesn't, well... then they might not know exactly what kind of amazing person you are!
