I really don't understand how some of you people can come to her page and leave negative comments about her recipes that she is generously giving to us if you don't like the way she's cooking or the seasonings she's adding start your OWN channel and put up your own recipes I won't be watching by the way I rather stay on this channel 2018 goals for you guys be less/or not negative towards others.

cturner1180 because they are just jealous and will not be able to be successful at their own channel. It is not easy to film and edit videos not to mention she has to prep and than clean up afterward. I don’t understand it either. If they don’t like the video. Just stop watching. No need for negativity. And stupid vegan needs to watch vegan videos instead of being so mean. They are such hypocrites. They act as if they are so kind but turn around and bash all the meat eaters, and make such nasty comments.I don’t get it. We all need to agree to disagree. If I don’t like a video I just click on to a new one. I don’t leave mean messages. Or if these idiots have any common sense they can always leave out or sub ingredients. You are your own boss in the kitchen.

@cturner1180 You'll be able to attract a troll for any video you make. Narrow-minded and hateful people are everywhere. And I don't get their point, either! I subscribed to her channel 'cause I think of her cooking skills as just awesome. Came here to learn. While sharing recipes and skills can only be positive. Not to everybody, obviously ?!
My 2 cents is just to never "feed" trolls in answering on anything. Let's "starve 'em", in just ignoring 'em. The only way I found.

I'd like to give my honest review of this recipe. We were having guest over for dinner and I wanted to make something fun. I studied the recipe for a week before attempting to make it. I gathered up all the ingredients. I took careful steps to insure that I made it exactly like the video, I had the oil at the perfect temp, etc..... Well after all that... It was probably one of the best things I've ever made, served, ate. It was so good. So crunchy, the sauce so sweet and sticky. This is a home run recipe. And not very difficult at all. I will be making this often. It was also really fun breaking down an entire chicken. I cut out the ribs and sternum and wish bones to make it semi boneless. And since we were already frying I made some Hush puppies to go along with it which actually went pretty well. Thanks again.. Love this recipe!!!!!

This is similar to Karaage (Japanese style), but I will admit that the curry "secret" is a definite difference. The seasonings and style difference is probably why I have loved some of the local Korean spots here in Atlanta. Looks amazing. Great video!

You misunderstood me. I enjoyed the sauce. I was quit listening (not the video) because it looked GOOD. I just tuned everything else out. I didn't hear you because I was enjoying the way the sauce looked. Hope you understand me. Good work Seonkyoung. ;)

Since Seonkyoung hasn't answered by now: Try to take a look at the Scott Rea Project. I've subscribed to his channel as well. He's a british butcher and fishmonger. Has excellent recipes to share. And there is a video where he talks about the knifes you need. He's a huge fan of the swiss Victorinox. I have a Fiskars that I really love. And an ancient no-name brand I inheritated from my grandparents (Both born 18somewhat). But I'm not a pro.
Just a guess. Still wanna know about the knife used here, too.

I made this today with the red sauce and it was amazing!! the red sauce tastes like samyung's fire noodle sauce, and the fried chicken was super crispy without being too doughy or crunchy. I replaced the corn starch with potato starch and added some cayenne to the sauce. My favorite KFC recipe for sure!
