Just wait a few months when it starts giving you sensor errors. It happened to us just about the time the 1 year warranty expired. And their response was exactly as expected for some crappy company based in China.

Strongly recommend not buying anything from this company. Had the Pura X. The infrared sensor failed but they refuse to fix it because it is past the 12 month warranty. They don't even offer a replacement part or have an option to fix it. They literally offered me a discount on buying a new one. Like why would I buy another >$500 litter box with known faults? Just have a read of the reviews, there are plenty of people with similar sensor failure issues. Buyer beware!!

This brand is really not worth it. Mine got broken 3 times since I bought and their warranty lasts only for 1 year 🙁 I contacted customer service and they aren't very helpful. I'm switching the company.
