I really like your stoelklok because i'm a Dutch person myself and I have myself also 3 clocks: 1 wall clock that looks similar to a stoelklok or a Friese staartklok. 1 wall clock with Bim Bam that is i guess made by Kienzle. 1 cuckoo clock made in west germany but is at the moment not running.

Naw, the little bell westminster at about 4 minutes in is adorable
Your stoelklok also does have a very sharp strike, sounds a bit like it's slipping slightly aswell, but don't worry, it's normal for the repro ones
Also what kind of clock is the one at about 9:30?

The one at 9:30 is a custom made case from about 1900 containing a Black Forest movement converted to electric (Hipp's Toggle) operation, with an added chime mechanism in a separate case! czcams.com/video/EdO7GKXezNo/video.html
The stoelklok has had a piece of spring wire added to the striking hammer, which screeches when the hammer is lifting.

Why does the master clock make clicking sounds when you turn the hand?

Below the dial is a large wheel mechanism turning in 24 hours, which is designed to operate switches, for example to time the ringing of bells. For some reason it has a ratchet attached to it.
