A lot of the features triggered accidentally. The tile on the top stuck to my finger. The vault opened just when I span the dial (although mine had the number 0410 stamped on the bottom of the box which opens the vault too! I thought this was the clue!). The two lined up keycards dont insert properly either......The build quality is not good, especially as I paid the UK equivalent of $133 for it. Thanks for the video especially the internals. 🎁

Press 0 firmly to reset. Enter the code firmly. Make sure the drawer isn't sticking, gently give it a tug if you're sure you've put the code in correctly

I can’t get my vault open even after putting the code in. What do I do?
Really you only need to put it to the number 39, it’s pretty simple. Do you have any idea what’s going wrong?

@@DisobedientSpaceWhale well the vault is meant to open just from one spin. The tile could just be a weak magnet
