I had planned a trip for Jamaica back in 2023 but my mom was sick so I had to cancel my plans. Hopefully 2024, will give my family health, wealth and abundance so we can enjoy Jamaica

Been to all 14 Parishes and there is something about St Elizabeth that makes it my fave. St Elizabeth’s terrain is like its own country. From the cliffs to the savannahs to the mountains and waterfalls!

Port Antonio/Portland is not a hugh tourist area. The person who wrote the James Bond books did it in portland. He has property there. Apparently Portland is tuly exclusivee to millionaires. Naoimi Campbell and others. Portland gets a lot of rainfall from the trade winds coming into the Island.

@@MissTrudyy Maybe because of Errol Flynn, who came into Portland in 1942 and fell in love and been a movie star he started coming to JA and inviting other stars. Montego Bay is actually the tourist capital of Jamaica. Negril is Negril, if you know you know why Negril is loved as a tourist destination plus it's seven mile beach is free to walk. I saw you paid to enter but you dont have to enter the beach from that particular spot.

There is the crocodile village -swamp safari in Trelawny where James Bond run on the back of the crocodile and got bitten and also the Dunns River falls -beautiful before any man made enhancement.
@@MissTrudyyPortland used to be a tourist hub in the 1940s, 50s and 60s with movie stars, millionaires, writers, designers, royalty and other famous people. Today, Montego Bay is considered the tourism capital of Jamaica, even though tourism isn't restricted to just one area of Jamaica. I think it is so considered because the majority of tourists fly into that airport.
My only concerns about Eco Tourism is that.. It affect wildlife.. Humans present drive Animals away or bring infections to kill them. It seems wildlife are very valuable, they don't have anywhere to hide and pray for the plants.

I have liked most of the Jamaican Hotel/Restaurant settings.. especially guest rooms compared to the Miami ones....( In Miami I saw rooms with Black curtains/bedcovers)

Hi Guys. Nice to see you guys in Portland enjoying the jerk chicken. The loud music is very distracting tho. As a Jamaican I wish the music and horns from the vehicles would be less noisy throughout the island in spots like this. Hope people take it in consideration more and will lower the noise volumes throughout over time. Love everything else and can't wait to see more.
