- The Princess of Wales is being treated in hospital after undergoing successful abdominal surgery, Kensington Palace has announced.
Kate, 42, was admitted to The London Clinic on Tuesday for the planned procedure.
The future Queen is expected to remain in hospital for 10 to 14 days before returning home to continue her recovery.
The princess is likely to spend between two and three months recuperating and is not expected to return to public duties until after Easter based on current medical advice, the Palace said.
Heir to the throne William will combine being at Kate’s side with caring for their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Princes Louis, and he has postponed a number of engagements.
The Palace refused to confirm what Kate was being treated for but confirmed the condition was non-cancerous.

I wish HRH The Princess of Wales a hasty recovery, and of course, good health.
I wish hell soon gains another inhabitant.
This the Front page of every newspaper tomorrow, and the main story for days and days, non stop rolling news and live footage of the hospital.
Still, wish her well
It's a consequence of moving to a 24hr news model, and each news organisation having so many channels to fill. And with all that, it's pretty impressive that she has maintained such good will for so long. What a princess. Hope she gets well soon.
@@SarthorS We all hope her well. Just with so much going on in the world now, I hope everything else doesnt become secondary
Get well soon dear Princess Catherine ❤💐🙏!
wish my friend could have her surgery done on time so she would not die...
oh shut up
Wishing her a well-deserved rest and recovery!
Wish her good health.
Get well soon Kate...you are loved and adored worldwide ❤
No, she isn't.

If he is a man of the people he should have gone to a NHS hospital and lets see if he likes what what the tory party are doing.
don’t worry she’ll get the best care unlike others in the sane situation
maybe cheese poisoning. hope she is okay.
No čo som počula ,tak Wiliam už nechcel ďalšie dieťa,takže asi bola na interupcii, ale uvidíme,čo vybehne do pol roka ,aké zaujímavost!

On coś z tego rozumie co susy mówi do niego ?
I bet it was cosmetic surgery of some kind. Why else be so secretive? A US First Lady had breast cancer and surgery and she used it as an opportunity to raise awareness and funds for research. It was also generated compassion, and was very humanizing. The British royals might consider the benefits of that!
It was some sort of hernia surgery and it wouldn't be grouped in the same category as breast cancer.
how do you know it was hernia? @@mandytucker2507

Had her soul removed, it was vicious and dark. The way she treated Meghan was just awful.
What a horrible thing to say
Whoa. Even by my standards that’s an unforgivable thing to say. And….Meghan is the problem not the cause
@@susanwestwood3718yes, almost as cruel as the things you say about Meghan ( and a 2&4 year old).
Rubbish she tried here best to include her.😊
How infantile and rude. 'Howdy'???
No wonder shes I'll, with all the stress from Harry and Meghan hope they're happy now
I wondered how long it would take before it became Meghan’s fault!
SHE IS HAVING AN ABORTION. The wealthy gentry call it abdominal surgery in
the UK. Usually due to miscarriage or fetal malformities. Very common issue with European Royal Houses due years of intermarriage with close relations.
How about hernia surgery is what she had.
How rude to speculate. The wealthy gentlemen call it no such thing. I had an operation many years ago, in a private hospital. My stay was ten days and recuperation time a few months. It was definitely not an abortion.
Could be hernia due to planks, I had it.
