- Catherine, Princess of Wales, has undergone successful planned abdominal surgery and will be in hospital for up to two weeks, while King Charles will go to hospital next week for treatment of an enlarged prostate, royal officials said on Wednesday. I have a friend who had an ovarian cyst burst and she had to remove the whole ovary. She took a month and a half in recovery.
I was thinking possible adhesions, always so incredibly tiny, and having three children puts a lot of stress on a body. I just hope whatever it is, she's heals and there are no further problems.

I was worried that she is so slim. I’m sure she is getting the best of care.
She really is, when I think how the camera adds weight it's so obvious how incredibly thin she is. Can't imagine having three babies and not having some issue somewhere down the line. Really hope it's all taken care of, and she is well from here on out.

Women are likely to know what procedure Catherine has had , as they would have had the procedure themselves with a couple of weeks in hospital with many weeks recuperating at home .
Should not speculate but the operation I refer to affects many many women for a whole variety of reasons .
I hope Catherine takes it easy and is comfortable during these early post operative days !

@@Chilbuli_Baby I was referring to women who have had that operation . The operation is often planned as the list of conditions related to it are not urgent but, will need surgery and a long recuperation period .

To kings Charles in large prostate is best thing to is blue light is the best way to reduce swelling .
My husband had it and had the procedure and perfectly blue light is very effective and done well fast recovery. I hope this will be done before doing surgery . God bless may Gid give him strength and faith to be done.

If the King were to become incapacitated because of of sickness and age . William Prince of Wales were be the logical choice to step up . He’s next in line to be the Monarch after King Charles passes. Prince Charles stepped up for the late Queen many times as did Prince Phillip when he was well . I’m sure Catherine will be fine . She is a strong , athletic , healthy active woman . She will recover. I’m hoping all will be well with The King and Princess of Wales . If it was really serious with the King I highly doubt the Queen Camilla would continue with her regular schedule of events . She would be by the King ‘s side.

I think her primary disease is inflammatory bowel disease, either Crohn disease or ulcerative colitis, most likely Crohn’s.
And she will have resection of the affected intestinal segment
