I would recommend not running seafoam in the oil for very long. It does not combine well with the HUEI injectors. The extremely high oil pressures inside the injectors cause it to foam and foam inside injectors is not g a good thing because foam = air. I have heard of people using it for just a little bit before an oil change. Don't consider me an expert though. Just something you want to look into.

Sounds like it needs glow plugs. Glow plugs are active even when it's not cold. They help with cylinder temps on a cold start. Glow plug relay also goes bad. Maybe not, but worth a look. Definitely a general maintenance item on these. Mine will start fine with a couple cycles of the flow plugs even down to -20F. Haven't had temps lower than that to try it out. I never plug mine in either.

Check your glow plugs, and the relay. All can be done with a simple test light. Make sure one of the smaller posts on the relay is grounded when you turn the key on (put the lead of the test light on + post on your battery, not the - to check for this)
If all posts on the glow plugs relay light up with the test light grounded, I would suspect the ECM. The ECM is what grounds the glow plugs relay when you turn your key on. I've seen quite a few of them fail, especially with how old the 7.3's are getting.
Honestly I think you're wasting $ with seafoam. On a diesel anyways. If you have injectors going out, it's just a bandaid.

I would not recommend putting seafoam in the oil, I'm even skeptical about using it in the fuel. I would have much rather seen you use Archoil or Hot Shot Secret's then Seafoam. I would look into testing the GPR and glow plugs for the long start after sitting for that 2 week's, next time it sits for a week or two, turn the key on and let it sit for 30-45 seconds then try. This gives the glow plugs more time to put some heat in the cylinder's before firing up the motor.

    1. Glow plugs didn't work.
    2. Air bubbles in the fuel pumps and pipes.
    3. Electrical motor for start engine didn't normally voltage.

7.3s should be able to start from 35 degrees & up. You’re having other problems with the starting issue.
I live in a very warm climate & it never goes below 35 degrees even in the winter sometimes, but it happens.
Turn off the GP relay & start it in the summer. For the diesels, use the Lucas stuff. It’s better, the new fuel lacks the sulfur & lubricant it had when the 7.3 was new in 01 ish.
7.3s & diesels in general are very different, than its gas counterpart.

Pretty sure you shouldn't be putting anything in your oil regardless of what the bottle says. You should have used that third bottle on your fuel filter and changed filter while you where in their the diesel will run on straight sea foam. You hard start has nothing to do with your crank case oil if your oil is clean. it does share the system but if your oils crap it should be changed not have something more thrown into it . You wanna clean your crank case do a diesel flush or an atf like all other truck guys.

In oil it helps clean up build up on any areas with oil build up etc

@@FixItNick i know what it does. ppl need to use it before their oil change not during their entire oil life. any pro will tell u oil is enough when doing proper oil change intervals. thinning your oil to help clean does damage to your engine dont believe me call your dealer and ask them

Lol, you are so far off. You might try doing some research on your truck. Look at forums or talk to mechanics that specialize in powerstrokes.
The ABS light is due to your wheel hub assembly going bad. The trick is to find which one is bad, because the it’s not cheap.
The 7.3 has 16 quarts, not 15. I have three of these right now. Let me know if I can help you figure things out.
