The title of the clip and reading of the case by the chief seems to suggest if the pig was of majority age (older than 4 months) the accused might not have been in such big trouble. Its a shame that villagers freedoms and worldly wealth is put at risk by such incompetent courts and poorly defined traditional laws.

This case ine am loopholes, mambo wants to convict the guy using the veternary papers but the question is, the letter is dated 05/06/23 and the guy was aquitted on the 8/6/23 meaning the veternary letter was unless in the courts, how came the he wasnt convicted through that letter?. No one can challenge the judicial system not even the president. Why is the cheif challenging the Verdict if they are not satisfied hey should take it to a higher court.

The accused was found not guilty by the magistrate and acquitted but this chief court insists that the guy is guilt.
