So what type of grease is it?

I use a magnifying loupe to inspect the carbide seat and when unable to refresh I use diamond lapping compound to lap it to the ball. Get one for the odd old machine seats.

Oddly enough the gen 2 and gen 3 use the same seats for inlet and outlet valves

Is there any grease in particular that you use for pump rebuilds or just a good quality grease?

I use the grease from Wagner, its the same used in the factory, I'll check the part# when I'm back at work
