Zero cals!?!? C’mon man! How can U say there are zero cals ??
You promised me that you would make low calorie vanilla custard?????
@@shaunhadsall you're also gonna shit it all out
@@El-ch4lq Not how that works.
Yes! We want more very low calorie recipes; they do not have to be Zero calories, just the least possible. I like one for fast easy no gluten bread.
Got plenty of low cal recipes coming!

What oat fiber brand did u use? I ordered by Nunaturals before he said not to get that one.
@@MilesjDoyleI ain’t readin all that yappin
2:25 "I hope you guys all have salt..." Yes, lol, that's the only ingredient in your recipe that I can confirm I have. Now to shop for oat fiber, special sugar, and dark cocoa powder! I'm legit looking forward to making these!! Also, you have very good humour! Very entertaining 👍
Pheww I’m glad you have salt! It’s the hardest ingredient in this recipe

Thank you for the Oat Fiber! I didn’t know what to do with a bag I bought a few months ago and gave up Keto. I’m ready for this!
0 cal oreos coming right up!
Lol he’s really entertaining to watch and coming through with the low calorie deserts 👏 here for it.
I shared this video with my mom before the video was even over. We are both on a weight loss journey and low calorie foods are right up my alley. I definitely need more fiber in my diet and would love to have “Oreos” to help me get there 😂
Oreos with mom 😎
Just ordered some oat fiber. Made the icing just to try and it was delicious excited to make the cookie. Low or no calorie animal crackers would be a nice recipe
Animal crackers is such a great idea! I gotta get a cookie cutter for that one
Saw that comment about it not having fat. Have you used inulin in any recipes? It's a type of prebiotic fibre (so helps the good gut bacteria grow) that's about 30% as sweet as sugar. It can be used as a fat mimetic to provide a creamy / moist texture. You have to mix it with another dry ingredient or it will clump up when mixed with water. It does mix alright with yogurt or kefir though, adding a bit of sweetness/smooth texture to it, and I've been adding it to a bunch of baked goods: my own protein muffins, my no-flour bread (eggs, egg whites, yeast, cinnamon and oat/psyillium/inulin), pizza. If you're using a sugar alcohol, those can't be fermented by yeast and can't contribute to browning /maillard process - whereas inulin can. You can improve regular recipes by adding inulin, and also use it to replace some fat in cakes.
I wonder how it would be if you add maybe a couple grams into the filling, should work without any issues there. Adding some to the cookie could work, but not sure if it's going to make it softer.
Also, have you heard of allulose? It's a type of sugar (like glucose, fructose, galactose, etc), not a sugar alcohol. It behaves exactly like sugar in terms of structure/caramelization/fermentation/water retention, but has like 90% less calories while still providing 70% of sweetness. It might also lower the glycemic response when added to regular sugar (sucrose) vs the same amount of sucrose without allulose, which sounds pretty fascinating - adding more sugar to lower the blood sugar spike.
It's expensive though, but there's a few recipes where you can't really completely replace sugar with say erythritol or splenda like cream caramel or yellow cakes - but you could probably use some allulose + inulin with some other cheaper sweetener in those. I've been adapting a cake recipe to have less fat/sugar (still have to experiment a bit to see if it works), so I've have been checking out some food science research at how various sweetners/fibres/fat replacements affect the test/texture/moistness/stability of cakes - if you want I could email you some papers/articles (might take a while to find them).
I’ve never used inulin or allulose. But I’ve heard good things about allulose and I want to try it out! Thanks for explaining so well! It’s so interesting to hear about how you’ve used these ingredients

you should watch Kenny Fischer’s anabolic poptart video

I would love a graham cracker. Idk if I’m the only one but I LOVE graham crackers but they’re actually very calorie dense. If you can’t make the cracker even a crumble would be amazing bc… Graham cracker crust 🤩

Appreciate you man!

Thanks for watching!
I made these but they came out kinda soft. It was like chewing on wet cotton.
That said, my oat fiber is more fluffy than powdery, which I don't think is normal...
Either way, I made them with the intent of smashing them back up and mixing in some melted butter for a keto cheesecake base and it was still gorgeous.
I don't blame you at all for saying some of the recipies you make are zero calories, because they're so low in calories that you burn several times the amount just making the recipe itself than the thing actually contains, even with minimal effort. It probably takes 20 times the amount of energy to make a batch of these Oreos (buying the ingredients, measuring them, following the cooking directions, etc) that by the time you sit down to eat the whole batch, you don't even consume the amount of energy you just spent making these, meaning that you'll still be in a net calorie deficit. Thanks Rahul
Thanks! Haha cooking is a form of cardio now
Great vid! I definitely gotta try these.
Just wondering, can you make the oreo cookie in the microwave?
I don’t think so, I’ve tried on the lowest power setting and it still makes the cookie explode into pieces

You’re the best!
Omg I'm so excited about this one !! Do u think it would work with psyllium husk???
I don’t think it would, oat fiber is essential
@@RahulKamat 👍👍🥰
TMI warning, I once messed up an anabolic icecream recipe and put waaay too much konjac gum powder. Worst night in my life 0/10 would do it again, I ragret evryting. Actually that was the last time I ate anabolic icecream. If only calorie dense foods would have the same effect :D
That sounds horrible. I’ve never used konjac gum powder
Erythritol has a caloric value too. It's about 0.2 kcal per gram, so another 3 kcals on top of the 4 from the cocoa. 7 kcals from the cookie itself, and 2.5 kcals from the cream filling, plus trace calories from the vanilla extract and nut milk, so it's really about 10 kcals in total.
I never track erythritol but you’re right, it does have a minimal amount of calories
it tastes like shit tho
@@mommy5686 What?
@@mommy5686 the Oreo he made?
Still tho didnt tried it but normal oreos have 60 smth calories in one of them so it means you can eat 6 of them instead of one and if it tastes really good its worth it
Thank you for these videos, you have really good charisma and recipes
Zero calorie goldfish tho. Or cheez-its of some sort. If it's possible, that'd be awesome. That is my binge snack
Ooh goldfish and cheezeits hit hard. I’ll try!
Awesome idea. Can you post the recipe in your description or comment section please?
For sure! Just pinned a comment
Would this work using a different sweetener option (stevia?) or is the sugar alcohol component mandatory? Thinking maybe I could get away with doing this with IMO syrup or powder instead (at least for the cookie. I do have some powdered swerve for the icing tho). Just need to find that dang black cocoa. I've been looking for it since I saw your video on it because I LOVE the dark chocolate oreo taste and am usually sad with the cookies and cream flavors I find, but so far nada. The amazon options are not viable up here in canada!
I’d say the erythritol is necessary for structure bc it melts and recrystallizes like sugar. Oh no, I hope you can get your hands on some back cocoa soon!
Get it next day amazon
Thankyou for sharing your brilliant recipes and helping us calorie counters stay on track!
I got you!!!
I love your recipes, the only thing is that where I live there is no oat fiber, I don't know if you could try to replace it,
Regular flour could work, but it’d inc cals
@@RahulKamat if I said it for that, haha I search but I can't find any alternative, thanks!
I just found you and want to thank you for this. Have you tried freezing the cookies (without filling)?
I've never liked the cream in Oreos but these would be great with a schmeer of peanut butter (worth the calories).

I use nu naturals oat fiber for cake/cookie/pastry protein ice cream flavors
I like nu naturals but i find kate naturals gives the cookie a better texture
You’re a genius 🤩👏💯👍🏼

Do you have a low calorie cookies n cream protein bar? Quest has a cookies n cream crisp one coated in white chocolate, and another one that has cookie chunks and white chocolate bits in it. They are my favorite, 20 g of pro for 200 cal, but...They are really expensive though, $7 for 4 bars at Wal-Mart. I've seen some people try, but I think you could make a better one. Also your 0 cal marshmallow is insane! I used it as my middle layer in a peanut butter protein bar recipe and the combo was crazy delicious.
I’ve never tried those quest bars so I’ll try one and see if I can recreate it. Love the creativity man! Marshmallows + pb protein bar sounds amazing
The oat fiber part killed me. 🤣
🙃
Could you use a grain free fiber? Is there a such thing?
Umm I’m not sure
This looks sooo good! But sooo much work for just one little Oreo lol
You can make a big batch if you wanna!
Yay you did it :)

What about a golden Oreo, (the superior Oreo)
I wonder if some cake batter extract (and no cocoa) in the cookie could turn this into a golden oreo. But reg oreo vs golden oreo is a controversial debate!
This is awesome haha
😎😎
very late comment but can you use the brand called sun fiber?
You’re the new low calorie recipe 🐐
Appreciate you bro!
Can we mix oat fiber with normal flour to get one with less fiber
I think so!
First time listening very informative. Making me hungry 😋 what can I use for sugar replacement
Erythritol
Thanks for the information
@@RahulKamat is their any other sugar replacement . Love all your recipes 🤤
Whay can i subtitute oat fiber with? Because i literally search it in EVERY online stores but it looks like they don’t sell it in my country
Maybe regular flour
What does the black cocoa powder taste like by itself?
Not very chocolatey and also not very bitter. Check out my “why oreos don’t taste like chocolate” video and I go into detail!
I made a ginger snap version of this (cinnamon & ground ginger instead of black cocoa). AMAZING 🥲
Oooh that sounds awesome! Love the creativity
Will using regular cocoa be acceptable even if not ideal?
Yup it’s acceptable :)
I have allulose-can I use that instead of the erythritol?
