Justifiable need in New Jersey? Do the polticians in New Jersey ever watch the news?
Why? they are the news, and they LIKE the chaos they cause and see! It gives them the excuses to continue to violate our rights...
"Justifiable need"? "I want one" - That's all the "Justifiable need" required.
"Justifiable Need" in Jersey means "Did you pay me?"
D-Rat politicians own, operate, and make the news, not listen to it.

OK Eeyore!
They should sue them monetarily, and personally sue them into understanding our Constitutional rights.
They should have sued 90 years ago!@

There Should Be Substantial Punishments For Purposely Breaking Constitutional Law, and Wasting Taxpayer Money and the Personal Time of the Defense Litigants!
Couldn't agree more!
I hope the mag ban case moves forward soon.
Been waiting on this too. $50/pop for 10rd mags blows
Thats what im looking forward to
@@billdulti5309 people in Massganastan are spending 100-300 for standard cap mags that are all most 30 years old. This case cant come fast enough. I really thought this was the year. jokes on me!.... again
I Want Too See All of The Unconstitutional, Ridiculously Named
"Assault Weapons" Bans Completely Abolished, As They Must Be!
@@tjnor23that’s insane, they should be sued for charging that much
Just wish the New York was forced to.follow the Bruen decision
It was.
It wasnt. They introduced the "concealed carry improvement act" just before bruen went through. Then added a mandatory license for purchasing anything semi automatic.
It requires us to get a license to buy semi auto rifles/shotguns, requires us to give over all social media accounts to the officer reviewing our license application (for pistols or anything semi auto), and gives them the authority to deny our license if they think, subjectively, that based on our social media, we arent "of good moral character".
@@marcush4741Semi shotguns are still good to go in NY, no permit needed
Nj is the same.. so many [sensitive] places you can't carry
@@user-ns5sw6rc1e I honestly didn't know that. My local ffl stopped selling anything semi auto after the new laws.
How's Vice President Trump doing today ❓
I don't know. I haven't talked to Trump today. I did get an email from him today.
😂😂😂
Biden don't want to run against him for the presidency so he nominated him for vice. It was very funny but sad. As much as I dislike Bidens policies I have a inlaw that has dementia, It's a disease I wouldn't wish on anybody.
We are not like the left ( socialist Democrats) that wish harm on others.
Lmfao
Also, Putin is the president of the Ukraine!!!!!
What actual, real benefit is this to people in NJ? What about all the other issues - massive increases in costs for Pistol permits, CCW - what about the mag ban, Sensitive places - NJ is knowingly breaking the law and nothing is happening.
This was nothing but a clerical cleanup.
Victory in Joysy is major! Cheers to that!
Nothing will change. They'll find other ways to deny the permits
Doesn't do me any good, still have to pay for all the training and sub-fees. There should be know laws, you should be able to carry whenever you want being not a slave!
@@rafaelA9781 WRONG I know a handful of people who've ALREADY gotten their CCW's in NJ since the Bruen.
@@rafaelA9781then back to court they'll go
I moved out of communist NJ 4 years ago. Love my freedom here in PA.
It’s coming to an end if the democraps keep electing retards like fetterman…
Pseudo-freedom. Made that same move myself 3 years ago. Leaps and bounds better than NJ but PA still requires a government permission slip and a fee for what Bruen declared was a right.
For how long?
You should keep moving west to a state that is REALLY free. You don't have to go far, either. One more state over and you can have constitutional carry and no more gun control than whatever is on the federal books.
Plus, my home state of Ohio has become even redder than formerly "ruby red" states like Arizona and Georgia. The state of PA will eventually become the next NY, CA and NJ, so you might as well get a head start on getting away from the same gun control you left in NJ by hopping over here to Ohio.
PA is definitely on our possibility of retirement states to GTF out of NJ.
Shall not be infringed.
It Definitely Was Not a Suggestion!
the fact that we have a government is as justifiable need as it gets
Any State that officials that don’t follow the Bruin decision should be held accountable and kicked out of office immediately for not following the precedent set!
It's about dang time these courts pay attention!
#FreeMattHoover #FreeJustinErvin #AutoKeyCardTwo #FJB #FTATF
So what do we do when the supreem court doesnt even listen to its own ruling?
Disobey!
Now they need to work on NJ 's magazine ban.
So this just formalizes the end of this particular lawsuit so the lawyers get paid. We still have at least 3 cases pending on mag bans, sensitive places, evil features, excessive fees.
And and permits and licenses
Especially excessive fee because the want to increase the current fee for PTC incense from $200 to $400 to a two year permit.
@@nicholasmercado684 at least it didn't make it into this year's budget. Presumably because of the challenges in the case currently with judge Bumb. I think maybe they didn't want to add fuel to that.
@blazeparabellum7325 the thing about excuses is everybody has them but nobody wants them.
Resident of NJ I approve of this message👍🏾👍🏾
Wow, it only took 3 years since the Bruen decision. Seeing this, I don’t think I’ll see all the unconstitutional laws across the country struck down during my lifetime. These unconstitutional laws get passed almost instantaneously but may take generations to be struck down.
There's no text in the 2A that says people need to get permission from government to buy/own/carry, but FUDD Policy Coalition doesn't challenge that.
You can thank the NRA for that, not the FPC.
@@penchant1972 Really? National RINO Association made Fudd Policy Coalition not challenge that?
Fudd policy coalition lolololol lmao that's a good one. 🤣🤣🤣
@@barfo281 Look at the history of the GCA of 1968 and how it was negotiated and WHO negotiated. The NRA negotiated away the rights you condemn FPC for not challenging. Wouldn't be a concern if they weren't negotiated away in the first place. However, feel free to bring your own lawsuit if you think the FPC isn't doing the right thing. We'll all cheer you on from the sidelines...
@@penchant1972 I know full well that the National RINO Association has been negotiating rights away since 1871. I'm noe one of those people who believes "they lost their way," because they were NEVER a pro2A or proConstitution organization.
Back to the issue here: NJ has a permission slip scheme. Fudd Policy Coalition only challenged the "good cause" provision of that permission slip scheme.
You can do all the mental gymnastics you want about it, but the Fudd Policy Coalition did not question the constitutionality of the permission slip scheme. If Bruen is the pro2A slam dunk you fake pro2A people think it is (and it's not), then either Fudd Policy Coalition supports the permission slip scheme in general, or they don't believe that Bruen renders permission slip schemes beatable in court.
If only this can be done in New York, maybe a class action law suit
That's what the bruen case was about. All permits are a shall issue status. Not that permits are legal, because they're not, but nonetheless
I had an automotive shop in Newark NJ years ago and one time a customer didn't want to pay and came back with his boys and a saw up side by side and all I could do is to give the keys and say good bye to $1000 repair. I called the police and they came 3 hrs later and took a report, and said a detective will contact me. I'm still waiting. Moved out of that shithole of State to Texas 21 years ago and never looked back.
It is next to impossible to get a carry permit, I was denied twice.
In Alabama we have whats called a mechanics lien. Cost legal fees to do it so $1000 might not be worth it. But I work on industrial pumps that are worth huge money and the repairs can cost a few thousand up to $20k. My customers are on 30 days to pay so that starts when I invoice the job as completed and delivered. I have never had to do it but it was having that as a legal fallback that got me the $8700.00 owed me for 94 days. Basically I hire an attorney to file the case and wait. If its not paid after a judge rules on it I can go into whatever companies property and claim the pump. My employer I bought my company from told me he had done it once. $10k job and 4 months without being paid. He got word the owner of the company we did the work for had not paid its employees in weeks and had tried to sell two forklifts his company had on lease. On lease from the same company the buyer rented a truck from to come pick them up. Driver saw his companies sticker on the lifts and saved the guy from buying them. My boss started the legal proceedings and we are talking about a shaft we had machined for a 10,000 hp electric motor that was about to be put on a ship to Columbia. The shipment was about to be stopped when they finally paid the invoice plus legal expenses.
@@martinswiney2192 we didn't have that in NJ back in the 90s, I don't know about now. NJ is a very unfriendly state to business. I don't know about that now. I moved to TX 21 years ago. Moving to the south was the best thing I ever did, apart from my kids.
@@rafaelA9781 there are a lot of small business owners here that dont know about it. Its a rare thing to have to do. I recently talked to a friend of mine thats been in business for 35 years and he didnt know about it. I could tell he had some former clients in mind to go after. Lol.
not going to pay $200 to exercise my rights
Thank you Jered
In which here in NY they STILL violate the bruen ruling. Hence our constitutional right.
Wow government officials having to pay costs out of pocket. that is the technique going forward.😅
I still Do Not Understand What the problem is with THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE ? Why does government which DOES NOT HAVE the authority to remove any rights from we the people, want so badly to keep good people from being able to exercise their rights as Free Americans??What exactly is the problem? I so do not understand the government’s issue with Liberty 🗽 Freedom 🇺🇸 The rights of the people and the rule of law? Don’t they have a copy of the US CONSTITUTION? It’s not ambiguous !
Because at any moment the ppl have the RIGHT TO BAND TOGETHER AND REMOVE SAID GOVERNMENT. THEY KNOW THIS AND TRY BY ANY MEANS TO BLOCK THIS AND MAKE EVERYONE A SLAVE TO Their CORPORATE RULES THEY CALL LAWS.
The Constitution has been tested from its very beginning. The first case before the Supreme Court was West v. Barnes in 1791. This is what the SCOTUS does, i.e., its purpose/function as one of the three branches of our government. It serves as a check on the other two branches, namely, striking down unconstitutional laws and actions that come from the legislative and executive branches.
Note: I took your question as genuine and not simply rhetorical.
Because a people without rights, are not citizens. They are subjects. Much easier to control that way. And, the Dems are all about having maximum power, and doing whatever it takes to retain that power.
When are they going to hear about the rest mag capacity, sensitive places, and the fees Murphy is trying to put in place
Sue the democrats and the government
Thanks 👍
New Jersey resident here - this is good news for us. Getting a carry permit here has been almost impossible - I am applying today.
I got mine 2 years ago only took 4 months from beginning to end really had no problem! Going to recert in December my permit expires in April!
Happy early Birthday, Jared, I hope you hit the 750K
Thanks as always, good news is NEEDED! Hope you have a great Birthday!
Good morning Jared 🐸✝️ Thank You for real News ✝️ Great News ✝️
So, has NJ played the "make damn near the entire state a sensitive place" card yet?
No text history or tradition at and around the founding era for licensing or permits for owning and carrying gun.
Also, No outrageous fees.....
Nope, Not for Americans. That's what we need, the Supreme Court to go back to the founding and actual meaning of the 2A. Notice, courts go back but it's either british shit before the founding or well after the founding so they can cite unconstitutional common policy or laws.
Thanks, Jared for all you do for us.
Winning in NJ?
It's really great because it was won in New Jersey.
Any one from nj here
Nope, and I can't even imagine living there. Or anywhere north of the Mason Dixon. Never again for me.
+ktap11thregion
Right here.
What about making us wait for a month before we can get a handgun permit and now charging damn near $300 just to requalify for my permit to carry 🤨
NJ thanks you for the update!
I live in NJ and can say this state doesn’t mind being sued because they have unlimited tax payers money. They will continue infringing on our rights. We need the politicians and officials enforcing these unconstitutional laws to be held personally responsible. BTW those fines are like fining me $10. They just don’t care.
Force them all to take courses so they can finally learn the Constitution.
Lets go !
Good Job America 🇺🇸🇺🇸
My question is when are they going to recognize other states gun licenses
Never.
@FosterTravis1071 that's what I was thinking but it doesn't hurt to ask
When pigs fly!🐖 🐖
Cheers for this win !
AMEN 😊 GODSPEED my American People 😊
Jersey here, still basically can't carry anywhere.
That's why I love living in Texas.
Here Freedom is normal. 😊
I carry everywhere I just stay away from area not allowed to and if I have to go I still carry because it’s concealed! I deal with consequences should they arise!
I live in an NJ red county. Doesn't affect me. What needs to go is sensitive places. 2 year CCW renewal. $500 for the renewal fee and requalification every 2 years.
Too pricey. Thats Jerseys way of prohibiting a normal citizen from Conceal Carry. I call it BS.
I moved out of NJ so I could carryand im 30 minutes away and I can OC if I like and I do everywhere I go. Its my right and I will enjoy it as I should.
thank you for the great content-
The judge should have made the defendants pay a huge amount to (maybe) make these POS think before they try to keep the normal people from their God given rights.
Thank you Jared
This will continue until not only Attorney Fees are assessed, but PUNITIVE compensation needs to be handed down to discourage further violations of CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
Thank you Jerad for keeping us informed. May God bless.
I personally don't know who did the Brewn (sp), but I sure am thankful to the person.
New York State Rifle and Pistol Association was the primary plaintiff. I think Bruin was the New York State Attorney General defending their unconstitutional actions.
@@davidrush4908 Thank you.

Thank you sir.
Always good to have a win!! We should have many more coming. In reality should not have to be having these lawsuits at all....
I'm setting here wondering when permits are going to be found unconstitutional to end this whole problem once and for all.
They are unconstitutional and should have went away with the civil rights act of 1964 because concealed carry or any carry laws are racist Jim Crow laws that were placed on the books to prevent minorities from concealed carry of firearms.
Thanks
I appreciate all the content you post and thank you!
Yay!
Thank you.
I escaped the sh*thole called NJ back in 1990, don't miss a thing.... FL forever.
When are they going to knock down the ban of carry in parks and doctors' offices in NJ?
It's great that judges were part of the action against. I wonder if judges have limited immunity or God-Level immunity.
The 2A presumptively assumes the “need” in the opening clause “a free state.”
Hooray another victory!! Busting those algorithms!!
Michigan For Trump 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Morning Jared great news
Now to get rid of the other unconstitutional crap in NJ's carry permit statute.
Spot on sir. -W. Liggett
Thank you Jarred & FPC for your Tireless Work .
🇺🇸KEEP THE WINS COMING🇺🇸…even though we shouldn’t have to be dealing with this unconstitutional BS, we are & thanks to FPC & all other groups…the wins keep flowing! Thanks Jared🇺🇸
It's a great win in New Jersey for this one and we need to win on the next one that's in court now
"Tucker, we werent thinking about the US constitution when we made tbese mandates" - NJ gov Murphy
Awesome 👏🏻
Hell yeah!!
We got the same birthday. Happy birthday brother
Great news.
There is NO EXCUSE for any case, even the SCOTUS to not be heard within 90 days (most states have laws in place for cases to be heard no less than 20 days after service) and decisions handed down within 60 days of hearing. Oral arguments constitute a hearing. ANY COURT TAKING OVER 90 DAYS TO ISSUE A DECISION IS A CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION. JUSTICES MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL SUCH DELAYS…NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Now they will do the sensitive places stuff.🦇
Now if they can move quicker on getting rid of having to need a permit for every handgun purchase that would be nice
Now if the damn states would start following what the Supreme Court has ruled on…
