- Reflecting on the Benchmade Bugout and Bugout Mini after almost a year of ownership and compared to some of the best knives out there. Do I still carry it? What do I love and dislike?

Love my Benchmade knifes. The bugout was my favorite lite weight but has been replaced by the Deka in Magnacut. It’s a little heavier but cost a lot less.
Man i can't get over how close the Rosie and Drift resemble each other. I swear they're related.
Great video I love the mini in orange.
I'm the furthest thing from a collector, but my mini bugout is still my #1 most carried knife. Even though my Microtech OTF is more "convenient" for normal office-type tasks, there's just something about the mini bugout that keeps it on the top of my list.
i hear ya!
Love the Bugouts - thanks - good video.
Just got a Mini Bugout carbon fiber with S90v as a gift. I'm loving this thing as a pocket knife. I often forget it's in my pocket.
Right!? So good, that CF one is sweet too
Looks great, i have 3 bugouts and id like to get another basic blue one just to use and beat up. 👍 Gotta love the we banter, i still carry mine all the time, i even just took it trout fishing with me lol
Not a big benchmade fan but a mini or regular bugout is a must have for my or anyone’s collection imo.
Sets a standard for lightweight EDC for sure 🤙
The bugout with ti or aluminum scales is a pretty good carry.
Yeah that’d be a great one to check out
I relegated my bugouts to backpacks and use my TRM Atom with ultem scales as my lightweight carry.
a very nice alternative indeed!
Ritter HogueRsk mk1 - G2 I've got thw full size and the mini in CF and MC. I like the mini better than BM bugout 535bk-4
Oh yeah good call. Nice knife.
Over diployment is pathetic
The constant blade flicking got to be annoying
Good feedback thanks. I’m trying to reduce it and do more zoom shots now. 👍
