    Hello, Annemarie!
    IT'S AWESOME!!!
There are so many questions and responses for each and every situation.
The big problem is to memorize them all for these especific moments.
    Anyway, THANKS A LOT !!!

Hi Armando, I recommend just choosing 2-3 questions that you like and can use regularly. Focus on learning those and adding them to your daily vocabulary. Once you've fully learned them, then add 2-3 new ones. Take it step-by-step.

    How are you?
    Casual
    How's it going?
    What's up or sup?
not much, nothing much, not a whole lot
    What are you up to?
    I'm working, I am watching a movie
    What've you been up to?
I've been getting started on a new project
    What's going on?
    What's been going on?
How have you been/how ya been?
Good, I've been good, everything's fine
    what's new?
I just started a new job, we're getting ready to move, not a lot.
    Everything good?
    Yes, everything is fine.
    How's things?
How are you holding up? (after something tragic or difficult has happened)
How are you feeling? (a difficult situation, sick, nervous)
    Professional
    How are you doing?
I am fine, everything is good.
How is ..... going? (work, project)
How are things at/with ......? (very specific)
How have you been? (no sound blending)
    Everything is good.
What have you been working on?
When you haven't seen someone in a long time
I haven't seen you for ages! How have you been?
It's been way too long since I've seen you. What have you been up to?
I remember the last time I saw you, you had just ..... How's that going?
If someone asks twice or asks specific questions, then they really want to know what's going on.
