I'm totally in shock at how non cringeworthy this interview was. Luke seems to be in a different place, makes me excited to watch him fight again! It's a shame that the glass jaw distracts from how talented his striking and ground game is!
His last interview was fire too. Loved how he called out Izzy and Usman on how they kind of left their brother (Francis) hanging.

Luke Rockhold has always had a smugness about him that people just love to hate. I always said that he's accomplished so much in his career and did it completely all on his own without ever using P.E.D.''s, So he can act as smug however and whenever he wants, I got no problem with it.

To be fair, he only fought twice, against 2 complete powerhouses. Rockhold can still compete with a lot of the top of the 185ers. I think he's a bad matchup for Hermansson, Till, and Brunson.

Luke is one of my all-time favorite fighters-it's never a boring fight with him. Either he's showing-off his exceptional ground game/dynamic kicks or he's getting KTFO. Will continue to cheer for him, but I don't like his chances against Costa...

Like is not lying about the "conceive, achieve, believe", I have always thought that he did say that and I thought he was lying to Ariel. Went back and watched the press conference again and he is correct, only said "believe and achieve" .. Love him or hate him he is one of the best middleweights in the world, I still believe that Bisping not only snatched that strap but snatched Luke's heart and soul..
