    Im just gonna say this…. I tried for several months to conceive (I’m 39 trying for my third) cut out coffee completely cold turkey it was rough, I love coffee, took prenatals &
    everything. Found out I was pregnant last Jan. Had a missed miscarriage and dnc in March. I promptly returned to drinking coffee (1 cup a day instead of the two or three I would have prior to ttc) I’m on my 9th cycle and still not pregnant. So I discovered the hard way that there is no difference and I wasn’t going to suffer from no coffee and no baby! And lastly after the miscarriage I stayed away from internet doctors because I found them to be full of it and clicked baiting, I’ve been binging her videos and have learned so much like I’m hearing everything for the first time, thank you!

    With demonisation of caffeine, everyone forgets that old rule of everything (most) things are fine in moderation. I've limited my intake to either a cup of brewed coffee or two espresso shots in the morning (just like Italians do!), but my clinic insists to drop all coffee while we are in IVF cycle for both my partner and I.

      remember. adrenal fatigue is not an actual diagnosis and treatment with animal adrenal hormones can be very harmful or deadly (video coming soon)! but overall some people caffeine elicits a stress response and so anyone who has concerns for abnormal stress or high cortisol levels may benefit from stopping caffeine all together.

    Hi! Love your videos. Just came across them. Have you heard of zipfizz? I wondering if a pregnant woman can have it? It’s about 100 mg of caffeine if poured into a 16oz water bottle but usually I dilute and have it in a 32oz-40z of water. Your response would be really helpful ☺️

    • @thoughtfulpro371
      @thoughtfulpro371 Před 11 měsíci

      Regardless of how much water your dilute the 100mg in, you’re still consuming 100mg of caffeine. 200mg is the maximum recommended safe dosage of caffeine for pregnant women. Above 200mg studies show an increased risk of miscarriage. So you’re only having 1/2, you should be okay! Check with your Doctor too. 🩷🩷🩷

    I have been ttc for a year now, with no success. For the first 8 months, i was drinking coffee (150 mg a day, which was just one cup brewed coffee in the morning), and i had regular cycles, 28 days, ovulation at about cycle day 14-15. Then I thought maybe quitting coffee would increase my chances, so might as well give it a shot. And starting the very next month, without changing anything else, my cycles became longer, 31 days instead of 28, and ovulation at about cycle day 16, 17, even 18 once. And my period would start SOOOO slowly, with just spotting for two days before it actually started. So I am definitely second guessing quitting coffee. I honestly don't know what to do. Is it ok to have such long cycles? From what i've read, having long cycles decreases chances of conceiving. And it just feels like it didn't help, on the contrary. I felt "healthier"(with a higher chance of conceiving) when i had my 28 day cycles (maybe because i have had an ovarian cyst in the past that ruptured, and my obgyn told me to let her know if my cycles are ever longer than 32 days). I know this might be too long for you to read, but if you have an advice for me, I would very much appreciate it. Thank you!

      This exact thing happened to me, but not when I stopped coffee but when I moved from the UK to France. My cycles moved from 28 to 31 day cycles and my periods now start so slow like the blood is blocked or something. I was wondering if it’s the slight change in sleep pattern that caused this (France is one hour ahead) or the stress of moving. Nevertheless no one seems to be able to tell me if this is normal or why this occurred!!
