    Мне нравиться наблюдать за реакцией малышей на процедуру их усыновления. Все ведут себя по разному. Кто то сильно плачет, понимая что их отдают в чужую им семью, кто то, как эта малышка относятся спокойно. Мама пила из термоса, а ребёнок так смотрела, она тоже хотела пить, а мама не поняла.

      Connie Songer - Most things are very different now. China's international adoption program is no babies, all special needs, and much smaller numbers. And no matter how the transfer is done, whether lots of children at once or one-on-one in a hotel room (we've done it both ways), it is always terribly stressful for the child, and for the parents.

    • @baobaivue
      @baobaivue Před 6 lety +4

      They only do that to not have the baby attach themselves to the nanny. The baby needs to adjust to the adopting parents and gain trust. By doing that they need their full attention towards the adopting parents and away from the original care giver.

    She probably had a boil on her head at some time prior to us getting her, which had to be lanced and/or shaved. We were told that the orphanage she came from is very hot, with frequent power outages. Apparantly those boils and bumps are caused by heat and are fairly common there. Some of the other babies in our group from the same orphanage had similar problems. It is my understanding that it isn't at all uncommon.

    So I have a question. When a person, or couple has a desire to adopt from China, why does this process take so long? Taking children from the only mothers they have ever know may have lasting trauma, and we see the sadness here, however short it may last. If someone chose to be considered to adopt one of the children in China, why not put in an application, do a home check, complete all the legal paperwork, and then wait until a baby becomes available, match the baby with perspective parents, and let the parent come earlier in the process. I'm sure it is less traumatic on a newborn as opposed to a toddler.
    Prospective parents would have already completed a home check, etc, and the babies would have to spend less time in an orphanage, and more time in a family unit. Just my question after watching a hundred of these videos. If only I ruled the world!

    • @DwimbleVideos
      @DwimbleVideos  Před 3 lety

      Sorry, somehow your questions were missed when you made these comments last year. My apologies. Quite a few years ago, China's international adoption program shifted to special needs only. Consequently, there are essentially no longer any "babies" being adopted internationally from China...and there never were any "newborns". Now, any infants being adopted would be domestic adoptions within China. As for how long it takes, you are dealing with the bureaucratic requirements for two, separate governments. We had months of U.S. government required steps, and we had months of Chinese government required steps as well. When dealing with governments, nothing happens quickly. Even so, our second and third adoptions were completed in less than a year each (from choosing an adoption agency to completion), which by Chinese adoption standards was actually pretty fast.

    L'incontro con i nuovi genitori deve essere fatto in maniera piu`armoniosa possibile e non in una stanza piena di gente con i piccolini che urlano ! Poveri tesori !

      Utilizzo di Google Translate: grazie mille per il tuo commento. Che sia affollato o in privato, è difficile per il bambino. Lo abbiamo fatto in entrambi i modi, e farlo nella stanza privata è stato effettivamente peggio.

    I hate how they do this, just cram all into room then throw baby at you and say good luck. Ive seen other agencies have nannies take babies right to hotel room with babies and stay for a while, answer questions. I know regardless of how its done baby will be upset but in a room full of other screaming babies is no help. Not enough places for people to even sit and comfort child. Adults get stressed also

      They have so many children and so few staff...some areas are worse than others. They are doing what they can to help get these children to their adoptive parents and allow staff to get back to the other children who have even fewer staff to care for them while they are

    And why so expensive? Who get this money for the babies? Does it go back into the system to help raise the children in the orphanage?

    Совсем крохи а уже так привыкли к воспитателям что им трудно с ними расстоваться. Дай бог им счастья неужели не понятно что дитё хочет спать. Что вы его "трепите", положите удобно на руках, пусть поспит.
