Terrible for the first moments the big crowd of people. Why can't they deliver the children one by one to the parents instead of this? Such a shame for all the parents and children the way they organize.
There are so many children often coming from different areas quite a distance away. They are understaffed and trying to get these children to their new families to free up needed space and to prevent them from waiting longer. We wished we could have had a quieter, less chaotic meeting with our daughter, but this was better than her sitting in an orphanage for many more months.
She's beautiful and u both are beautiful strate to the core for what u have done!!!! To think from the sound of it most the babies are crying, scared and then there's her not one year as if she already knew that she was finally with her mommy&daddy.

The way the government adoption agencies are doing this is all wrong. The transition shouldn't be in a room of noise and other screaming babies. It sounds like a slaughter house. Each family should be given a room where the baby is brought in and introduced to the parents in a calm quiet setting. It's absolute mayhem and stressful on these babies and overwhelming. These little ones are scared to death, being ripped from the only people they know and thrusted to the arms of complete strangers, even though in the end they will be in loving homes.
