Iv had high blood pressure for years caused by stress. I feel this makes sense for my vision issues. My eyes have issues when I realise high cortisol after being really stressed .

My blood pressure lately has been 144. A few says ago it was 146/87.

kl1p my papaw is high blood pressure and he eats literally everything and just takes blood pressure medicine and his blood pressure is actually pretty good
