    I almost had my splits but one of my old gymnastic coaches would push us down so far that I pulled my left hammy and still can't even get close to the ground in my left splits and In my right splits she pushed me so far one day I went all the way to the ground and as soon as I got home I could even barely spilt my legs it hurt so much, she doesn't work there anymore but In still recovering from that but I am hoping your streches will help me get them again

    Tip: go to a handstand on a wall then slowly lower your leg behind you then lower the other leg to a back bend.

      1.Make sure your with a gymnastics teacher so they can give you tips on how to hold the handstand honestly I’ve been doing gymnastic for two or three years and I can only stay up for 6 or 8 seconds lol. 2.

      I can’t get up too and when I’m doing a backbend sometimes I fall . I think the problem is my back . Some tips to get up?

      @@hyuna_is_a_queen4243 If you mean you fall from a backbend from trying to do a front walkover, practise getting up from a one legged backbend on its own over and over til you get it. If you mean you fall from a just doing a backbend and nothing else, just keep practising and work to get your back more flexible as it'll become easier if your hands are able to be placed closer to your feet and you don't have to swing as much to get up.

    I didn't even start doing these tips yet but I just want to say how brilliant you are and how flexible too. It just surprises me on how talented you are and Andrea I❤U your so beautiful and if no body sees that expat me than it's their loss I love you Andrea 😁keep up the good video work
