Sur Ron Light Bee Battery Wiring Harness Upgrade 4AWG + QS10P-L Part 4: Build Controller Harness

In this video I go over my plan to upgrade the DC or battery wiring harness on my 2018 Sur Ron Light Bee MX. We have the controller, motor, and battery to push major power through the Light Bee but the stock battery harness is a huge bottleneck now.
In this video we do the bulk of this upgrade, which is constructing the DC harness that goes from the controller to the new connector. First we crimp the wire lugs then solder the QS10P-L connector onto the 4AWG wire.

You made a mistake - before pressing the terminals of the press, it was necessary to remove the varnish and scrape the varnish off the copper wire, otherwise the current would flow weakly through the varnish coating along the veins and the wires would heat up greatly
