If you all remember correctly, if the supreme kai dies, so as the God of Destruction. Rip Beerus, he was still in his long sleep and then died out of nowhere because the supreme kai just die.
Yea and that’s why goku black never got taken care of by Beerus in trunk’s timeline
With Beerus out of commission, Whis too gets relieved of his duties. So by having the Supreme Kai die, 3 people actually disappeared.
They could have a plot for toribot to make zeno ask beerus to be a God of Destruction again

Just got finished playing the DLC. It was a great experience. The only thing I wish is that it would have continued into the Goku Black/ Zamasu saga.

This DLC was definitely the best story arc!!!! THAT GOHAN FIGHT GAME ME GOOOSEBUMPSSSSS... and this dlc absolutely nailed with cutscenes and improved on what kakarot lacked. Each and every scene was made beautifully. AMAZING!
EDIT: and that trunks finishing off 17 getting flashbacks of gohan was just EPIC!

I played through the whole thing myself, and I wanna say it now. Alexis, did an AMAZING job for young trunks, I kinda loved it in a sense, it makes SO much sense for Trunks to be voiced by that said actor. I'm happy they finally get to do a serious moment from such a fan favorite story, and I gotta say I loved every minute of it, prolly more did I did the specials!
She did such a good job that I thought it was Laura Bailey until I read this
I just started this. The voice acting is terrible. They used 8 year old Trunks voice. He's 13. It doesn't fit at all.
In the anime special he had the same voice as the 17 year old Trunks we see in the main/good timeline.

This was such a hard dlc. It took me so many tries to beat the androids with just level 38 gohan. Then later when trunks had to fight them himself the first time I was like nope I’m not gonna fight level 40 androids with a level 36 trunks so I trained all the way to 45 and then the whole game was a cinch. I was 5 levels ahead of the enemy every time even when I fought Dabura.

I was level 60 when i fought the androids by just doing sub quests so idk what you mean except for the gohan fight but i still first tried it
I trained til 40 and it was enough so I feel you. I tried with level 37 but it wasn't working

The way Cell flies around when he's getting his tail whopped looks fantastic, and his cocky little "this should familiar" kamehameha in the face of Trunks just deciding to glow like the sun and vaporize him was just awesome.
*Best looking DBZ game I've seen to date. The ki blasts, and powering up look so clean. Some reason in the other DBZ titles ki aura was always off to me. Never caught that intensity like the anime. The ki blasts too, but in kakorat they really put amazing detail in it. Man if Xenoverse looked and played like this It'd be a dream come true*

Well, it may not have Goku Black teaser (for now), but I wasn't expecting Trunks' version of the Majin Buu saga to be in this DLC, and as a fact I say that was based on his flashback in the Super manga
P.D. Am I the one expecting Supreme Kai to pull a Shifu and when Trunks grabs him, he says, "I'M NOT DEAD YOU FOOL---ish savior, i'm just at peace :)"
Goku black won’t be coming since it’s not part of dbz, after seeing the final narration after trunks defeating dabura and babidi it’s heavily noticible they only included that section of the story only because it’s 100% tied to Buu saga which is part of Dbz.

It’s just painful since this DLC remind of us how Trunks got it hard. And In DBS He give it all along with those who fight alongside him only to lose everything by the swipe of Zeno hands.
He just doesn’t deserve that after the Decade of suffering, all his progress and all the people he protect can’t be wipe out like that.
I know Goku/Vegeta are awesome with their fusion and SSGSS, etc, but man, Future Trunks turning into SSJ for the first time along with Gohan turning SSJ2 for the first time fighting Cell are the really highlights of the series for me; so much emotion.
This dlc did everything right.

Neither one were full DLCs, they were just boss battle episodes.
They were bad because they tried they’re own spin on it, if they even tried to capture what the movies brought in that story and the show, the story they brought for the show was kind of good because it made Beerus seem more effective and Ginyu would’ve made more sense to the point where he just didn’t seem thrown in, I feel like making it actually take from the Shows actual story would’ve been better than basing it off their own

This DLC makes more sense when you think about how "weak" the future Androids were. It shows through Gohan's death that they were holding back their power for pure entertainment.
Well its stated that the Kakarot game follows the manga. Which technically trunks should've already been a super saiyan before gohans death.

They really aren’t weaker if you think about it. They’re even with the present androids, trunks just never saw their full power.
Fun fact: The buu saga portion is from the dbs manga. Which shows how trunks went ssj2 and stuff. It's basically just better then the anime version of the Flashback.
I like the cinematic changes and small details they changed/added to Gohan's final stand to the androids, and who they handled the retelling of the Majin Buu portion based on the flashback in Super.

Debura is the king of the demon realm Cell was made in a lab it makes sense for him to stronger than cell we just never see anything about him being an king of anything because he was never used more he was just a bodyguard in the buu saga then died and never used again he wasnt even used in the xenoverse game even though he should because the main villain towa is his sister

This is why for me the zamasu arc ending is mix, on one part i like that is a different type of ending, they couldn't defeat zamasu by just powering up, but they need to sacrifices Trunks timeline for that, the thing that i don't like is that basically all of trunks struggles didn't matter at the end because his whole timeline got erased
