I imagine the Dragon Ball DLC must have been a nice change of pace for the voice actors. I mean, prior to Kakarot, when was the last time they had to re-record Dragon Ball lines?

@somecallmesean yes I'm aware, but it baffles me how that never use a voice changer or actor that can pull off a child's voice in anime. Kid goku is like 10 years old and they always give him a deep voice. They did good with Stephanie Nadolny, Saffron Henderson, Brianne Siddall & Barbara Goodson. Instead of rehiring these amazing actresses, they hire a completely new person that doesn't match Goku's child-like voice...

@@maximillian875if you time a beam in a fight against a enemy that can use masenko, galic gun, Kamehameha, or I think special beam canon then it'll start a beam clash when the beams collide

Btw Kid Goku is actually 15 during the fight against Demon King Piccolo. Remember, his 3 year training. Cuz he was confirmed 12 during the beginning of DB. It’s due to his Saiyan biology that he looks younger. They take longer to age compared to humans.

I really dont like how sean delivered some of his lines in the Piccolo DLC, like some of his yells dont match what goku is doing, especially when he did the meteor combo, gokus yell while he did the uppercut sounded more like a wail of pain. Other lines sound like he has a stuffy nose

In some parts it does really resemble the old animation/art direction, but sometimes you can tell that CC2 couldn't help themselves and had to add unnecesary special effects, camera angles, modern Anime animation/art techniques, overanimated/wobbly face movement - stuff like that.
