    Hello there!first of all thank you very much for this!!i've been trying 3 days now.I can more or less (lol) do until the right shoulder to the left knee and look at the ceiling? (Both ways) also the last arm twisted i cannot manage to do.any suggestions?

    advance backbending karke kamar me pain horaha hai backbend pose karta hu to gada pain hota h
    or forword bend hota hu to kamar he
    kichav hota hai
