It's not something to be embarrassed about, it's so sad that so many people are embarrassed or are being embarrassed just by going through puberty or having a 🩸. It's basically like someone is bleeding heavily and it only stops after about a week, you wouldn't laugh at them, right? It also causes cramps, back pain, headaches, etc. I haven't gotten mine's yet but a few of my friends already have it, and one of them are embarrassed about it.

Yesterday my skirt get stained in my school
And I was running around my class for finding a book and my friend just grab my hand and said my skirt got stained, immediately I go to washroom with my bestfriend and wash the stained part but I was so embarrassed because I am sure that the boys in my class already saw my skirt but they didn't laugh .

•Carry at least 5 pads around
•Drink water (just trust me)
•Use a heating pad for cramps
•Try to track it so you’ll know when it is possibly going to come
Warm water that is, Cold water can make the cramps worse
That's what happens if devil's are speaking through people's head.
