I take zanax...it brings my heart beat below 120 beats perminute. But you do have to watch yourself and not give into even 1/2 more...and do not take in the late afternoon or evening g or the nightmares will wake you in a sweat.
I don’t get “host” of radio or tv or podcasts shows that invite guests on their shows and don’t know how to conduct interviews. The people tune in to hear the guest. Let the guest talk and tell their stories. Stop interrupting them mid sentence. And this show has 3 hosts interrupting. For Christ sake let him talk. I understand if you get a guest that just is boring as hell. But that’s not the case. Ralphie was showing he was trying to get the story out only to constantly interrupted. Some of these hosts egos are unbelievable
He is only saying his opinion,which also drives him to come up with material for his stand-ups.He knows its his opinion,&he is outspoken about it.But I seriously doubt that he is trying to force you to live a certain way.
