Africa is one of those places with deep rooted superstitions. He's a brave man for doing this in Africa because it's very dangerous to do there. Hope he's taking all the safety precautions he can.

I had an idea of how bad it is in Africa, but underestimate *how* bad it actually is over there.

I found out about women being dragged from their homes and ended by the whole village on one persons accusation of witchcraft. If police were present, it was to witness, not intervene. That was 27 years ago when I was out in The Gambia. But it’s the first I’ve heard of the Witch camps.

This is what lack of culture and education, mixed with poverty do to people.. Lately I`ve been watching a few documentaries both about African culture & the Arabic side of the world (Ethiopia, Egypt, etc) and all I could think was man... I am so glad & grateful I got educated and I was born and raised in a safe environment. The stuff those people do and believe in it`s absolutely ridiculous! If they`d have proper education and they wouldn`t be so poor, those atrocities wouldn`t happen. The way they act, the way they live, some of them are absolute savages... so sad. Much needed video! Thank you SEG. I've seen documentaries on individual or specific cases, such as albinos being declared witches because of their lack of pigment. It's great to see someone on the ground doing what they can to stop these ridiculous practices.

Omg, I did knew they still believed in Voodoo, but didn’t think it was this serious still. I thought there was a more modern way now, I mean I thought the dark side of it wasn’t that big anymore. So wrong I was, I had no clue. This must be a big national problem for them. This was horrifying to hear, but so important. I really hope he can get people to join him, to put a stop to this. He is a young man doing this alone, I definitely understand that it’s dangerous. Especially if the higher politicians are believing in it, how should you convince the people not to believe in it. I hope maybe some organizations sees this and can help him, because as he says people are getting killed for a religion. I mean again we have a religion that is dangerous for people, it just repeat it self over and over again. I mean in our ears it might sound ridiculous, but for them it a religion that’s been there for ages. But I can say, Voodoo is one of the oldest religions that actually scares me the most. It has been presented like a dangerous religion for decades, even in films. Not that you believe in films, but it doesn’t help. I also seen some documentary about it, that didn’t help either. So I think we had been presented a very wrong idea about it. But as Daniel is saying the right idea is not a religion to believe in, just very dangerous. My god this man is a national hero. I did subscribe to his channel to support him but I don't know how I can handle watching him injure himself even when it's for the good. Those poor women in the camps is so horrible. Even FGM is still going on in many countries in Africa. It is simply unbelievable. Human rights organizations just softly criticize it as violation of freedom of bodily integrity. WTH is that! People need to be seriously educated but it's just not happening.

To be fair, it’s women, men and children in these cases. It’s not a simple issue, it’s more about greed and communities scapegoating people they don’t like. Are women the majority of victims? Maybe, much of this stuff isn’t recorded by governments in African countries.

Literally EVERYTHING in Africa is life and death. Even the paranormal. Is such a different environment than what us Americans have lived through and experienced. That’s one reason I don’t get angry at the scammers that are usually from Nigeria. Ya know? When $20 American can feed their families for months, I can understand why they do it. Support this man and his mission. Whatever it takes.

Crazy. I went to college with a dude from Kenya... eastern side of Africa... he had informed me about the hysteria that a majority of people have when the issue is brought up. He even had members of family that were weary of discussing it. But I guess with the internet, etc, the younger generation is just beginning to broaden their horizons when it comes to certain things....stigma, etc.... he considered himself extremely lucky to have been able to educate himself outside of Africa.... Parrple had a video... Monday Madness i think, where he watches religious fraud from that continent.... a good watch, I must say. Much love from Maine.

I've heard so many stories out of Africa and it is so scary and disheartening, especially when it comes to women and children.
The fact that he is working hard to open the eyes of everyone, in Africa and abroad to what is happening there, is definitely detrimental to his life. The man has seriously steeled balls and a pure heart! Praying for this man, for his safety and wellbeing!
Some of these old types of practices came over to the Americans like Voodoo and witch doctors that originated from Africa.
The absolute darkest and horrifying superstition related stuff I’ve ever seen comes from various African countries and it’s not just a fringe belief type thing. I’d be very concerned for my safety doing what this guy does, he’s very brave.
Also I went and checked out his channel about 5 minutes in. He’s a brave man. I recommend his channel it’s probably one of the most scary videos on CZcams. Unbelievable stuff

It's also bad in Madagascar. The horror stories I hear. Even where I live people do rituals with coconuts and lemons too, scarifying chickens. Praying to Hindu god Mama Kali to "attach" people.
If someone is jealous of you, they'll go a see these people to do you harm. It's very real.

This is a great subject! Stuff like Palo Mayombe, Muti, bald men having gold in their heads, penis thieves (a real belief that has cost lives), and the market in albino body parts is some of the darkest and most dangerous “supernatural” superstition you could imagine.

I subb to him because of you SEG. Have a question here. He said that chickens were uesd to determine if a woman or persons, was a witch or not depending on how the chicken end up laying afterwards . I find that really odd actually because that too could be or is actually considered practicing witchcraft. Being chickens have been known to be used in voodoo from the beginning. How do the people doing this get out of being excused of witchcraft themselves then ? By using this method ? Because honestly I don't see any difference. It's practicing magic regardless. Being voodoo came from Africa if I'm not mistaken to begin with. I was going to ask him about this. But he didn't have any recent uploads. Something he could be looking into regarding this matter to help these ladies . They can't make claims against someone else doing something if their using the same exact means to be blaming other's of doing. There's no difference in their actions of blame towards others when their doing the exact same thing to blame these innocent people of doing. I hope that made sense. But I'm sure you get what I mean anyway. Much respect.

I love that you did this. Being south african myself. I always laugh at the paranormal videos they put on as I think to myself "😂if they think thats paranormal then those investigators has seen nothing yet. Ha." Wait until they get to our side to experience this crazy stuff, they would think twice to make fun of it and fake things.

Wow this was eye opening. I have worked with people from Nigeria, I had tried to talk to them about cultural issues, but they just said it was like Australia. This has really hit home the danger that fake paranormal channels could cause. Could these things happen in our own countries, just hidden?

When my boy died i went right of the rails but that was many years ago. My cell mate was half Nigerian and said they wouldn't dare break the law there. Really nice bloke i wish I could contact again. I'm doing well now tho but dunno about him. It was 2007 i got the kick up the bum i needed, 2005 my boy died.
