    Can you replace the pulleys and the bass I have an old one the engine still runs great after all these years and all the pulleys are rusted I'm afraid the pump might be shot to would it be worth ordering the parts and fixing it?????????????

      it's possible. If the pump hasn't been running in years it will probably need a refresh (oil change, new seals & valves)

    What are you talking about when you say it's not optimal for using SH? This is a unit basically built and set up for downstreaming using SH & surfactant to apply and also water for rinsing. This is all this unit is built for basically.

    Hello. I hope you may know the answer to this but I seem to not know where to find this information at. Here I go lol I started a side gig here in town with my own power washing business. I purchased a 225 Gallon power washer that shoots 4 GPM. I wanted to know if you knew what the ratio solution to water would be? I thought it would tell me when I bought it but guess not :( Thanks for your time!

    • @Spraywell
      @Spraywell  Před 2 lety

      If you are referring to a chemical injector attachment (link at bottom) it draws 18% chemical to a 82% water ratio. That's a standard chemical injector. If you are asking how much soap or chemical you should be using, we always recommend following the manufacturer's recommendations.

    • @Spraywell
      @Spraywell  Před 3 lety +2

      honestly It would, it's a downstreaming monster. Worst can scenario is your hose would have to be replaced every 2 months or so

    • @swiftspowerwashingva2008
      @swiftspowerwashingva2008 Před rokem

      Why would your hose have to be replaced every 2 months? I think this unit was not represented well in this video at all. 10gpm, high volume low pressure is house washing 101. How is this not comparable to an ar45 or whatever those “roof pump” guys are using?

  • @kalibmilner877
    @kalibmilner877 Před 2 lety

    They say if you don’t use SH it’s a good pressure washer that means that pump is cheap it’s made of metal that will break down from SH also known as chlorine or bleach for people that don’t know what chlorine is. Good pressure washers have fully ceramic pumps that way they will last for a lifetime and if you store them they won’t break down.

    • @Spraywell
      @Spraywell  Před 2 lety +1

      Chlorine or SH is extremely aggressive to ANY metal components. There is no pump I've ever seen in my life that is "SH" proof. The most resistant pumps to SH are designed for that specific application and are NOT pressure washer pumps. This unit has a COMET pump which is known for quality and manufactured in Italy. The ceramic parts of pumps are the "pistons" which are always made of ceramic.

    • @bryanmontgomery4050
      @bryanmontgomery4050 Před rokem

      SH never flows through any pump unless you’re an idiot, that’s why he refers to downstreaming. The hose will be the only component exposed to SH…

    • @bryanmontgomery4050
      @bryanmontgomery4050 Před rokem

      Pumps are not fully ceramic, the only components that are ceramic are the plungers. Sounds like someone hasn’t been inside of a pump and likes to spew on about equipment they have very little knowledge about.

  • @dr.downstream1151
    @dr.downstream1151 Před 3 lety +3

    This seems highly dubious. There's just no way this makes a legit 8 gpm at 2500psi. Those Honda engines only make 11.7hp, not 13; you run up against basic laws of physics trying to run x amount of water with y amount of energy input. I'd really like to see flow and psi gauge numbers on this, as I'd bet one jelly donut it's not getting over 2000psi in order to see 8gpm flow.

    • @Spraywell
      @Spraywell  Před 3 lety

      I appreciate your comment, We aren't the manufacturer and I regret not having a gauge in the video but we definitely were able to produce somewhere between the 2000 - 2500 psi range.
