I think these clips are pretty old. Looks like it from the comps, and Genji says he's pretty lazy and takes his sweet time in compiling these montages.
Its funny how Doom players actually require very little aim and just spam their abilities to win a 1v1😉 You see in most of the clips this guy just uses all cooldowns on one guy, of course he will win because with neither of those 3 abilities you need to aim or have any skill than just land on the enemy...
See when Jay3 played Hanzo, yes he missed shots and couldve killed the doom. But he missed. But is the doom better coz of that? No, he just won coz the hero is busted in 1v1 and it doesnt take much skill compared to other heroes... and that is what upsets people ;)
Btw i an not saying that Doom is OP in the meta or smth. I‘m just saying that people complain about doom because in 1v1 you dont need much skill to win because you just spam all ur abilities in no specific order and still win

Also there are alot of Heros which stomp Doom in 1v1s for example Reaper which doesnt even require much aim (just braindead primary fire and a well timed wraith) and my fav ememy is hog, cuz you can't do shit even if you used ur cooldowns on him twice (and he one shots u)

One of the reasons I stopped playing Overwatch so much, I still love watching my favorite streamers and content creators but actually playing is insufferable, if you're better than someone they will bitch and moan and accuse you of hacking or just deny the fact you're good and find a way to make themselves feel better and boost their own ego, nobody helps anybody out and always puts each other down, there are the rare few though

It’s hilarious to listen to people complain that doom is “broken”, when they know so little about the character they don’t understand the amount of work you have to put in just to not feed as doom, and that’s just to not feed ntm try to get kills with him.

Every time you get a kill its because you played it pretty effectively, and the enemy made a mistake. For example, 8:35 Karq naded before you landed, meaning he didnt get the heal he needed to survive. Had he properly timed it you probably wouldve gone off empty handed or slept to be killed by the entire enemy team.
