I like how the Oppenheimer aesthetic makes Barbie seem like a meta thriller pic that starts off light-hearted but is actually disguising a darker story/theme within itself, while the original Barbie aesthetics make Oppenheimer look like some feel-good period drama that happens to be based off a true story. It was never a heroic story, it was one of fear transforming into horror. Oppenheimer never pretended to be a hero, and when he understood what he had done, when he saw the destruction it wrought and how he had put that in the hands of selfish, stupid humankind, he knew his legacy would forever be one of death.
Nah, nothing heroic about building a bomb to kill hundreds of thousands of people when it wasn't necessary to win the war.

As someone who lives nearby Los Alamos, the depiction of it as being in the middle of a desert pisses me off. It is actually on the side of a mountain, and surrounded by a forest. It bothers me way, way more then it should.
