He is so critical that even doctors won't give him chemotherapy anymore...
I know multiple ways to treat cancer, but it's really late stage cancer and I don't know if he'll have the will to persist, but he will hear the Gospel gladly I think

I am going to share the gospel with someone very close to me and frankly i am a bit nervous and I really hope that God has mercy in her soul. She doesn't discide to follow God but God chooses those who will be saved. I ask if someone could pray for her and that God has mercy on her soul for her to be saved.

Hearing Ray tell the good news is like listening to a master musician perform my favorite song everyday, improvising so it sounds new each time, but the same perfect melody. Please pray for me that I have the opportunities and courage to proclaim the gospel.

Coming across this ministry was one of the best things I found. I Love The Way of the master videos. When I can pull some extra cash together I want to get some tracks.
When you go to buy tracks. I suggest buying on of the packs with all different ones.
Try using them and then pick out a few for your next purchase that work best for you.
There all good but use the ones that work for you.

I read the whole gospel of John today... what an uplifting experience, and I find it beautiful why this channel is called living waters from the Samaritan women in it ..if anyone was to read any book of the gospel it's John...followed by Mark... Ray there is a few people in heaven I want to meet and you I promise is one, you thought me more in a few hours than a life in Catholicism

Grounded for Growth you are exactly right. After salvation, now someone is in relationship with the Lord. And either that relationship is maintained or it isn't. Like anything you have to put time into it. Read the word to get to know God. Pray, speak with the Lord about anything and everything. Serve the Lord in some way, when the church asks you to do something, do it. And tell others about him.

@@groundedforgrowth4846 I hear you and I'm all for that brother. But we are all gifted in different ways. I'm not sure why but my passion is for evangelism. There's people all around us in the freezing water and dying and I need to help them get into the Lifeboat. Once they're in the Lifeboat there's others who are gifted to provide blankets, wipe their noses, serve them soup. But I jump right back into the frigid water to go get more folks who need salvation.

I love Ray’s approach to presenting the Gospel! Only critique I have is he only sometimes asks” when are you going to get right with God?”, just like this time he just says,” please think about what we talked about.” We should’ve pushing people to get right with God right then and there, I’m not saying they will every time, but I think that’s the only adequate way to plant the seed. We can’t leave the unbeliever to their own devices, we must stress that they could lose their life at any moment, which is what Ray does beautifully, he just doesn’t say it every time.

I was scared of the dentist for a whole life until I mentally chose to follow what was done in the dentist's chair. Now I have undergone incredible treatment and got new teeth both up and down and everything has gone great. No fear.

Does anyone else struggle with evil thoughts regarding faith? I've been having thoughts such as, "I don't believe in Jesus" or "this is all bunk". I know that these thoughts are evil and horribly despicable, but it really does nothing to make them go away. I'm on meds for bad thought OCD and anxiety, but I was also wondering if anyone here has struggled with anything similar and come out on the other side of this thing. Kind of feels like being destroyed from the inside out. Any help much appreciated.
Hey. I have had thoughts like "What if it isn't real? What if I'm believing in a lie and wasting my time?" The most important thing is to pray to God. I really recommend reading the Bible every day, if you're not doing that yet. Spend more time with the Lord Jesus Christ, and He will save you. God bless you!

Carson Bellamy I’ve had the same. I used to be very skeptic, and I’ve started studying and after a while & deep study I’ve found that everything is true, Jesus is real and He’s the only way to salvation. When I got reborn, I had a complete change of heart and was full of the fire of God. I had no doubt. But after 1,5 month or so, I reveived serious attacks from demons trying to make me doubt my faith. It is important to realise that this is not your own doing but that these are attacks. That period I got filthy thoughts about God & Jesus even while praying. This is not your own doing but demons trying to disrupt this. It used to come in different periods. 1 day I had them seriously and the other they were totally gone. What did I do to get rid of them? Pray to God to give you a strong faith like a rock, pray to deliver you from temptation and He will not let you be burdened beyond your capabilities. God bless

I trust Jesus Christ. He's in my heart. After accepting Jesus Christ in my heart I have the desire to be like him. Why do I find it easier to forgive others who have done me wrong, yet have a hard time forgiving myself? God's protection is real.

The Holy Spirit moves him and he obeys. There are ways to learn the voice of the Holy Spirit, because you're hearing it even now, but you don't know how to translate it. You'll learn how to ignore secular voices, but if you ever want to reach that stage then you need to let go of certain things such as watching movies so you can spend more time with God.

It's good to 'tailor' your conversation to the person: every person is unique, and speaking to them as an individual rather than as a target is a wise thing to do.
Don't compromise the message, of course, but don't forget to consider the person.
Also: an interesting thing.
You notice how Ray brings up the matter of the 'law' and legality and the like? That God 'paid the fine' so He can 'legally' let you go?
Some may think "Why is God bound by laws?"
"There is one that is good, that is, God." God is good, and justice is real - and it comes from Him.
David Wood (Acts17Apologetics here on CZcams) worded it nicely: if you're a perfectly loving and perfectly just God, how do you deal with sin?
Do you ignore it for love's sake? That'd be unjust.
Do you punish all of it straight up? Whence then place for love?
The cross represents God's solution: pay the fine for us. Remain perfectly loving while justly ensuring all sin is accounted for.
Love, however, cannot be forced: He does not force you to accept Him. In fact, He can't: it's a contradiction in terms to say you forced to freely love something. If He makes us free, He thus does not force us to love Him.
It's not a lack of power, but merely how the definition works - much like how He cannot make a married bachelor. If one is married, one is not a bachelor, and vice-versa.
So what's this picture look like? "All judgment is handed to the Son" - it looks something like this:
Jesus sits as the just Judge. He hands down the sentence - yours - takes off His royal cloak, steps out from behind the judgment seat, grabs your hand, and says "Let me pay this for you."
He cannot force you to accept His payment. But He - beyond any of us on earth - truly desires you to be saved, that you may accept His payment and enter into relationship with Him rather than live the sentence yourself.
"Live the sentence": not live out. Eternity is either with or without God: no in between.
Turn from sin and place your trust in Him.
"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." (John 14:6)
Being a Christian is the hardest thing to do in life but god is worth it we must deny our selfs and take up our cross daily I stay in prayer daily and I read the Bible I’m struggling but I’m not giving up

Ever wonder why Ray uses different mph's when he refers to landing speeds? So far I have heard him say 3,5,8, and I think 10 mph, and of course 120, which I think is terminal velocity, eternally terminal if you don't have Jesus. And a person could land at any of those speeds, so he is not wrong. Maybe its happenstance or to not be monotonous? Either way, thank you Ray and Living Waters. May God stablish you in every good word and work.

We r all guilty of many things, through the blood of Christ we r 4givin. 1 thing that still haunts me tho, (even tho ive taken it 2 Jesus many times) is, my mother n sister all 3 never got along with each other. I know, ephesians 6, honor, or obey ur mother. It also says, not 2 provoke ur children 2 wrath. My mom attacked me verbally every day growing up from the age of 12 till she died when i was 55. My parents divorced when i was 6, i believe she hated my dad since he left n took it out on me when i tirned 12. Life from that point was an argument after argument till i was 55. Samething with my addopted sister, we still 2 this day, dont get along. Im born again, but still struggle in this. Addopted sister isnt Christian, atleast it hasnt shown. I pray daily 4 her, we r not on speaking terms, never have been really.
Chris, I totally relate. When I read what the Bible said about true love(agape), I thought it wasn't real because I never saw it lived out, and never felt it. God showed me people need a new birth to walk in His love, then it totally made sense. Amazing Grace!

Just out of curiosity, where in the Gospel does it say to repent of your sins in order to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life? I agree that repentence is very necessary and coming to the understanding that you are a sinner that needs a Savior is definitely the 1st needed step, but Paul in Romans doesn't state to repent when you accept Jesus. Very much needed going forward - no doubt. Just trying to understand where in the Gospel message this is stated to the unbeliever. Galatians 1:8 "But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed."
sly2kusa Acts 2:38 is one of the most prominent verses that says we need to repent to be saved.
@@gracecooper6759 This is probably going to sound like I am splitting hairs here, but that was Jews whom the Apostle Peter was speaking to. People who already new God. So telling them to repent would make sense, but 2 things here that you and others are missing. 1. These are wonderful and encouraging verses, but they are not part of the actual Gospel message from 1st Corinthians 15:3-4, and in Paul's giving of the Gospel, you do not find this as a condition for Salvation (Romans 3 and Romans 10). Repenting happens after you come to The Lord and are made a new creation in Christ, and given The Holy Spirit, and 2. To insist that someone needs to get themselves cleaned up first (repent of your sins), then come to Christ is a works based theology. We are not saved by works. We are saved by Grace and the already finished work of the death and resurrection of Jesus. Romans 8:7 makes very clear that this cannot happen before asking Jesus to be Lord and Savior of your life. Peace.
sly2kusa That is a good point. I know that James 2:19 says “You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe...” We can believe, as I did for all of my life, but I have only recently been saved. This happened when I repented. When Jesus and his disciples tell the Jews things they need to know, I believe they are also meant for us. Otherwise, God would not have ordered it to be written. Even the information in the Bible that seems useless to us has benefit. When we repent, it is not a work. We can’t repent without God. He brings us to conviction, and feeling guilt and a need to follow Him from now on is not a work - works are an effect of evening saved. “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9). Faith is not just believing, and when God tells us to believe, he doesn’t mean just know that the Bible is true. He says to “believe on,” so we should trust in Him and follow Him throughout our lives. 2 Peter 3:9 says “...he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” This is also in Peter, so I assume it is said by Peter also, but salvation is not different for Jews and Gentiles. Revelation is a book that has much instruction for all people, and Revelation 3:19 says “be earnest and repent.” Sorry this was long, I hope that helped!

All the scripture is written to believers. That's why you see repentence being taught all through (but if you look closely it's mostly before the crucifiction and resurrection of The Lord, or directed to those who already know Him). The only part that is direct to the non-believer is the Gospel (1st Corinthians 15:3-4). Telling someone they need to get themselves cleaned up first then accept The Lord is not the Gospel. Peace.
sly2kusa Yes, I agree that you cannot get cleaned up before accepting God. You don’t have the Holy Spirit in you at that point. My personal experience was that those two instances were basically at the same time: I felt convicted, and I said I was sorry for how I had been acting and that I wanted to follow God. I see what you’re saying, and yes, how can the unbelievers break their habits of sin without receiving Him first? It would be pointless.
