- There are lots of ways to break through a plateau and improve stubborn body parts. You can change your routine, slow the exercises down or concentrate on maintaining perfect form.
There's another option that's so challenging few ever dare to try it.
I'm talking about something called "hundreds" or "century sets." It's a single set that focuses on one body part. You're expected to do 100 reps in a set without stopping. That's 100 reps...in a row.
You want bigger chest, add it, bigger biceps, add it. any body part just go for it and try it.
The intensity in this type of workout is next level. I tried it for upper chest and got an insane pump, i had my chest reach the failure point pretty quickly and the next week was able to progress relatively quickly to a heavier weight
Glad you had fun with it

Bro, I’d be happy to do 50 to 60 reps in four sets at a decent amount of weight. But 100 reps per set in lightweight risking tendinitis? Truly, I have to find out the benefits for myself.
Great body, I want to know your height and weight
Will you custom a suit for me ?
@@HocineBased he might also be ordering a custom-made body-pillow
You started getting lazy and not doing full rep range
Too fast
This is not good strategy
Better go to failure with 20 reps and then go rest pause and try to go for 100
1 use heavier weight
2 better technic
Don't do it, stick to that.
