I've been listening these type of music for almost 2 weeks before going to sleep to relax, get my daily stress out about life, work, family stuff, self doubt, overthinking, etc. And has helped considerably and even I've been feeling some change in me that i can't explain. And now reading all the comments the tears are just going, just from seeing all the love and positivity and motivation, thank you everybody it can be so simple and silly but those words mean a lot for me in my mind and how i feel. This is soooooo good! I drink too much caffeine and sleep terribly (I tend to wake up every hour or 2) but this helped me go to sleep fast and I slept almost 4 hours straight last night!! That was the first time in years, thank you!
You need to give up caffeine, just do it!

Wow. Same here. Caffeine or not. I get up at 12 then every two hours! For the last year. When I’ve always been a 8-12 hour sleeper. 🤷🏻♀️
