I sort of doubt he had it because the whole time he never lost size or looked sickly like someone would if they were undergoing cancer treatment. He's the same size and clearly on roids/TRT which you also wouldnt be using if you had leukemia.

I have so much respect for Joe Anoa'i aka the Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns. He's not only a perfect role model for people because of his determination and will power to overcome a 2nd battle with leukemia, but he's a man that puts his family's welfare before anything else...even WWE. This is a MAN right here.

I'm from the Attitude Era. Romans about the only reason I could watch wrestling nowadays. So much has been lost since the days of Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, DX, and so many more ELITE wrestlers. You can tell Roman was built for that Era and has kept the torch lit. But it's hard to do it solo. There's not many like those names above nowadays but he's one of em.

Inside the ring: Roman is the greatest heel of all time. He is the monster.
Outside the ring: Roman is an incredibly respectful man. He is very humble and he is very hospitable. Even he has a health foundation. He is really a good man outside the ring. I have a huge respect for Roman Reigns.
The best part of this interview is reigns is in his tribal chief character. I love it.

Haven't watched WWE in probably a decade but Roman really seems like a genuinely nice person. Just the way he spoke about MMA made me a fan of his immediately. Wish the best for him in WWE and hopefully he keeps that belt.
